We've never had any issues until today. The manager Mrs. Mae refused to fix the bo sandwhich and said they had never served any before 9:30am. One of the employees said "We would fix it with no problem but Mrs. Mae won't allow us to." The way she spoke to us was as if she was trying to also be the customers manager. She apologized rudely and we said sure you are. That triggered her rudness and told us if yall hush I will hush. We told her we wouldn't be back. Her responds was I don't care if yall never come back after she refunded us back. We went down the road to Hardee's and the manager was very nice, polite and sweet. They didn't have a problem with us asking for the chicken biscuit to be put on a sour dough bread.

I stopped by midafternoon for my first visit. The store was not busy. I ordered a Whataburger and a…read moresmall onion ring. I was told they only sold medium and large orders of onion rings so I chose medium. Dave ordered a Whataburger Bacon Cheese and small fries. This order was to go. My Whataburger was average. The bun was larger than the meat patty and the tiny amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions really made my burger not look appetizing and definitely was not pleasing to my eyes. As for taste, again I was not impressed. 3/5 The onion rings were soft and the taste to me was off. I believe the oil was old. I prefer crunchy onion rings. These were not good. 2/5 Dave's Whataburger Bacon Cheese was good. His burger tasted good. It wasn't overwhelming and not as good as other chains either the equivalent ingredients. 3/5 The small fries were on the soft side versus crispy. They were cooked in the same oil I suspect and had a carryover of old oil taste. 2/5 I was not overwhelmed with my visit. This location is open 24 hours. For shift workers, this is ideal and convenient. I will return again and maybe try breakfast. It is served for about 12 hours. Overall I give 3/5.

At the drive thru I placed an order for 2 quarter pounders and he wanted medium fries. It has been 5 plus years since I went to this McDonald's. The young lady collecting payment was smiling and cheerful. I was asked to pull to the side so my order could be cooked and brought to me. I pulled over and waited less than 5 minutes. The quarter pounders were great. I don't remember them being as tasty as they were. 6/5 The fries were good and a little on the greasy side. 4/5 I would come back. 5/5

For the years I have visited this McDonald's location every now and then, it has always failed to…read moreleave me satisfied with the service and the food quality. The drive through worker typically makes a mistake with the order, or the actual cooks preparing the order. When I pull up to the window, I am typically greeted by an unenthusiastic request for my payment, which is then followed by no further words until I leave. The food is usually wrong, if I request plain it is rarely plain. If I ask for a certain thing taken off, or size of something, it is almost always wrong. The atmosphere is extremely sad, unmotivated, and slow. The previous bad experience I had was when I did a mobile order and received somebody else's food and had to wait 45 minutes to receive my actual order when going inside. There were a multitude of other unhappy customers awaiting their meals, so it's not just a single experience.
