The people at the counter making food and checkouts are both kind and helpful. I always have to modify my sandwich after I order because the computer system doesn't let me change something and the deli people here are so nice. I've been twice and the same modification and both times, they've been so kind and didn't treat me as an inconvenience. I wish I had their names, but 7/9/25 around 4pm, the people were amazing! I was here the other day and I was having trouble getting my phone to scan at checkout for my rewards and an "off the clock" worker came over to help me! And today... we had a question for the cashier because we accidentally rung up something incorrectly and he was so helpful to remove the item and explain what we needed to know. We sound like a lot... lol... but people were just so great. Excellent service, Sheetz!

Today was the final straw. When I returned the incorrectly made food, the employee behind the counter actually argued with me, insisting that she had made everything perfectly and that I was wrong. I even had my husband and son double-check the order to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. I wasn't--the order was wrong. This restaurant charges extra for nearly every add-on, so yes, when I PAY for something, I expect to actually receive it. I have learned to check every item before leaving because mistakes here are so common. Instead of focusing on customers and preparing orders correctly, the employees seem more interested in goofing off, talking to one another, and rushing people through. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly getting orders wrong and then arguing with the customer instead of taking responsibility is completely unacceptable. The customer service is awful, accountability is nonexistent, and they consistently blame the customer for their own errors. This was absolutely my LAST time getting food here. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

When I inquired if the Covid vaccine person was in I was informed that the dispensing/tracking machine had issues and was being worked on. Then the Pharmacist told the entire CVS Pharmacy team that she doesn't care about anybody waiting or their feelings and that her license is the one on the line. That in my opinion was very unprofessional and should not have been said for all customers to hear. That attitude does not make me want to patron this Pharmacy in the future.

I had recent shoulder surgery and had pain meds prescribed. I was on hold 3 different times for a total of 5 hours. They never answered. Finally, I had to get the store manager to assist. They filled the order the next day after 4pm! I had to literally get out of bed and go to the pharmacy in my pajamas to deal with what should have been a simple transaction! The pharmacist who claims to be employed at the Hope Mills NC store is incredibly unprofessional and insanely rude. She yelled at me in the store because she was bragging how mean she is and I responded what a good job she was doing in proclaiming just that. I was in so much pain as I had to listen to her hurl comments in what a terrible person I was. I was driven to tears because of her. I'm considering legal action against this individual and CVS. Stay away from this horrible pharmacy!
