The manager here (I believe his name is Jeff) yelled at my son to leave the store because he said he stole a drink. First, my son doesn't steal and honest to a fault sometimes. He said he had it on camera and when we asked to see the video or it he had called the police, he SCREAMED at us in front of everyone for us to get out of the store. He was so angry that there were veins popping out of his head and I don't have a clue as to why he was so angry right off the bat. Unprofessional, rude, condescending and a liar to top it off! I will never spend my money at a Circle K as long as I can help it. Getting ready to file a complaint with corporate.

DO NOT GET YOUR PROPANE TANK OR SERVICE FROM MATLOCK. They…read moreare a terrible company to do business with. I had a very old tank at my home that had 60 gallons of propane in it. They billed me for the rental and I asked them to come and remove my tank. They did not come and get it for two weeks so I called and told them NOT to pick it up and so I paid for the rental for the next 6 months. I decided not to have them pick it up so I didn't waste the 60 gal. propane that I already paid for. They picked up the tank anyway! After I paid another 6 months rental. I explained this to the girl who answers the phone and she was rude and tatoally incompetent! I did not raise my voice and she hung up the phone on me. I asked to speak to the office manager and they are now charging me for the tank that I no longer have, they kept 60 gal. of propane that I paid for, and now want to charge me $100 pick up fee for the tank. Plus, they charge MORE per gallon of fuel than any other company because they say they are a small company and family owned. It seems if they wanted to keep their customers they would treat them better! AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
