Now don't get me wrong I don't need the help, but I don't even hear them asking the elderly. Is it something that has stopped because of Covid? I'm not complaining, just curious. Overall the store is clean, organized, and they have a great selection of products. They make sure to keep the shopping carts inside the store so you don't have to hunt for one. Most places have an inflation of price on products, but Fry's offers a lot e-coupons and in-store discounts which help quite a bit.

From the receptionist, to intake, to care givers--such an incredible group of people. I've been working with NP Sara Bennett and she's been wonderful! She takes time with me to listen to all my concerns and then put together a plan to either take care of them or tests to get to the bottom of what's going on. She truly cares about your wellbeing and I'm so grateful to her for her dedication to getting me back on the road to health. I absolutely adore these people and this office. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Globe but I've been using telehealth and am grateful I still has access to these incredible people.

I drop the prescription off at Walgreens on Monday, here we are Thursday and I have called every day only to get the run around, on minute they are telling me it will be ready in 30 mins, then when I called an hour later they tell me oh no you talked to the call center they don't know anything let me look into this, she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have my dogs prescription on file and has no record of all my calls. Whatever I can get past that, so I just want to move forward, they tell me they only have half the prescription, that's fine I'll take it. I finally get the text I have been waiting for my prescription is ready! Woohoo off to the pharmacy I go. I get there only to be met with a bill for $115 for half a prescription, with CVS I get a full prescription for $37, you do the math, that's a pretty big difference pay more money for half the prescription!!!! What the heck. So I ask what is going on? The lady tells me there is a national shortage of the dose my dogs needs. I can get it in a different dose, but the vet needs to call it in, vet office is closed today. I sure wish someone would've communicated this sooner so this was all resolved a week ago!! I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from this Walgreens.

The person I spoke with was kind and did not seem at all put out that we weren't locals. When we got there the process was quick and efficient despite the pharmacy building being tiny and filled with people (4 others waiting for vax and a couple waiting for prescriptions). We were literally in and out in less than 20 min including paperwork! Pretty sure the pharmacist was one of the owners and he was friendly and efficient. Definitely considering coming back for vax #2 despite the long drive.

I came in to buy toothpaste ya'll, come on now... An entire entrance to the store is cornered off and many registers are not in use, this gave me even more of an eerie vibe. I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

When was the last time you got THAT kind of attention? What's even better? This compounded prescription ended up costing a fraction of what the major pharmaceutical company had been charging me. With what I saved, I had enough money to buy an island in the South Pacific. Clarks is my new 'go to' pharmacy for compound prescriptions.
