They billed me for the rental and I asked them to come and remove my tank. They did not come and get it for two weeks so I called and told them NOT to pick it up and so I paid for the rental for the next 6 months. I decided not to have them pick it up so I didn't waste the 60 gal. propane that I already paid for. They picked up the tank anyway! After I paid another 6 months rental. I explained this to the girl who answers the phone and she was rude and tatoally incompetent! I did not raise my voice and she hung up the phone on me. I asked to speak to the office manager and they are now charging me for the tank that I no longer have, they kept 60 gal. of propane that I paid for, and now want to charge me $100 pick up fee for the tank. Plus, they charge MORE per gallon of fuel than any other company because they say they are a small company and family owned.
