The museum, the gift shops and the locals have some interesting personality's. Not bad mind you but fun loving people. The Dutchman in was the highlight though. The food and menu selections I loved and the design and architecture of the salon was authentic for sure. I loved it. The saloon has a great inclosed patio area with its own bar, band and dance area. Everyone was laughing singing and having a good time. The place is well kept and clean and the service and food are tasty and polite. I've never had such a good time with perfect strangers before. I recommend you give them a try and you'll love it as well.

Jim, a retired school teacher (God bless teachers, right?) has opened his coffee & studio downtown. Good house coffee, homemade cookies and a really good Latte for my amazing wife! We chatted and enjoyed coffee with Jim for a while before hitting the road. Will we be back? Absolutely YES! Support local businesses please!

They serve coffee too but I imedeititly knew they could stand up to Starbucks. But Starbuck now has the same cookie cutter cakes and offering as the next one but they don't have freash breads or buns. They also have other convenience items for the airport crowd. I got the Starbucks coffee, my raisin loaf was warm and delicious, the raisins where mostly on top where they floated while baking, The loaf is on the sweet bread side and easy to pull apart. Next time here I get something also to take on the plane since the flight time between Boracay and Manila is around an hour give or take 10 minutes and they don't serve food but offer coffee, tea or other drinks so you can munch on what you bring with you.

It's not super greasy and it has just the right amount of flavor. You can tell it's made fresh. There was just the right amount of all the ingredients in the breakfast burrito making them all compliment each other. The brisket is another wonderful choice. It's smoked for 13 hours with Alberts special technique. The flavor in the brisket stands out just enough to enjoy the whole burrito without overpowering any of the other ingredients. It could even be a a stand alone item to enjoy. The fact that you can order tacos or burritos with ingredients from chorizo to brisket and a flavorful pork gives them an edge. It's not your average taco truck. This is a must try. If you're from here or just passing through, make it a point to find this truck. It's possible that the truck may be in a different place if there's a special event going on or a promotional deal.
