Not sure if this is the norm or just the few times I've been. No biggie! The staff that I've encountered hasn't been all that nice. Some will look you dead in the face and not say a word. No a deal breaker, lol! But I mean, if you make eye contact, you can speak. I don't bite, lol! The parking lot is shared along with a few other stores in the plaza. Parking isn't hard to find, unless it's a busy day. Good store!

I get super excited by thinking what I am going to find new to try! For the last couple of weeks, my husband and I decided to have our own wine tasting with a few friends. We usually take a trip to check out vineyards and wineries, but since I have a wine tour coming up next month, we figured we would wait for the travels and instead have our friends over for mini-tasting. Bottles is always a great store to grab a few selections, whether for a party, a nightcap or to fill my wine rack:) The sales associates are extremely helpful in introducing you to different wines that you may want to add to your sipping list. Always a pleasure shopping here! The customer service is amazing, the store is clean and spacious to shop around in. If you never shopped here, make sure to check it out. Totally worth it! Okay, now off to have a nightcap:) Cheers!

This was one of those occasions where I decided to pop into the beer and wine side. Upon entry, there was no attention to the customers, but I was like whatever good customer service isn't always the standard anymore especially when the employees are on their cellphones. Again, no big deal. I figured hey someone one I got in would speak and offer assistance. Instead, the employees looked at me as if I had on an orange jumpsuit in shackles. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I tried to power through it just to get what I needed but then with not being offered help and being uncomfortable with people looking at me like I was on the most recent episode of America's Most Wanted, I just left to go get what I needed elsewhere. Totally unfortunate because once upon a time I really favored Bottles, and it had been a while since my last visit, but never did it feel like this one. I didn't go to the alcohol side so I'm not sure if it would have been the same over there or not.
