When it was done and my turn, the car in front of me simply didn't move. Just stayed there. So my wash that i already PAID for was used up by this car. Okay, so super annoying but I go inside thinking I can get a code to go through the wash since i already paid or at the least a refund. I tell the guy at the counter what happens and he looks at my like I'm the dumbest person in the world and says if I don't have the receipt there's nothing he can do. First of all, why would I click print to get a receipt on a car wash, you can't take a car wash back?? Second, I'm not going to print a receipt thinking there's gonna be a car wash issue of all things and oh I better keep proof of it, like what?? His smug look and complete lack of customer service was appalling. At that point it's not about the money, it's about refusing to help. He could've looked up my transactions and saw that the card number that matches the card in my wallet literally just paid 10 minutes ago. If he was really that pressed about verifying it could've looked at the cameras and watched me pay and sit there. SOMETHING!! At least try to verify another way. Instead I was met with the most, "I couldn't care less." attitude. And If I was lying for whatever reason, I think giving someone a code for the car wash wouldn't have been the biggest deal in the world if it meant good customer service. Won't be returning here!

It was super easy to park, pop in and grab some cold soda for the road. The parking area is clean and the store is well lit.
