Most RaceTracs feature 20 to 24 fueling positions and a 5000+ sq. ft. convenience store offering over 4,000 items. RaceTrac can be found in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Mississippi. I loved the price of the gas here, it was easy to pump it yourself using the self service stations...inside the convenience store I was able to find tons of yummy prepared foods like empanadas, taquitos, sandwiches, subs, etc....all that along the usual snacks, cookies, beer, wine, cold beverages, etc. A great place to stop if you are in the area and want some chicken empanadas......or.....cheap gas........LOL....

I wasn't trying to drive in to town. I need convenience. The parking lot was clean. I entered my reward card information and then pumped my gas. The place was pretty busy. People coming and going. All very polite. Then I went inside to use the facilities (I know, TMI) and to get some snacks. The bathroom was clean, although a strong dose of bleach could have improved the smell. They had running water (not all places do), but they were out of paper towels, so I had to use the blower. I am not a fan of the blower, but it did work. I then left the restroom and proceeded to check out the snack selection. All the favorites for travelers were present. I picked up some Pringles and some lemonade. Reasonably priced too. I also noticed that there was some kind of frequent shopper card available too, so I picked it up but haven't yet signed up for anything. I need to check it out. The cashier was very pleasant. Clean clothes. Proficient too. She made change for my purchases in her head, because she told me my change before it appeared on the register. She was from the old school of math!! I appreciated that. Tip: put some paper towels in the men's bathroom and add some bleach to the cleaning solution when you mop the floor AND walls.

The meat was hard and dry and there was barely any veggies inside. Might be just a bad day for Buc-ees. They also had great selection of fudges but there were flies flying around sitting on them - not very appealing. They also used to sell just 1 fajita, now it's a 2-pack, can't buy just 1 anymore, unfortunately. However, I do love the fact they also offer different types of coffees and plant based milks and creamers. They also have packaged cookies, marshmallow bars, snacks and souvenirs.
