And when she was taking my order, I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times, which i don't mind that much but for her to proceed to roll her eyes after I told her she forgot something when I already had to repeat myself several times was the height of rudeness, I was very polite the entire time, it's not my fault she doesn't like her job. This Last time I got Wendy's, the frosty I got did not taste right at all. It tasted like expired dairy which has never been the case before, I order the same thing every time I go, spicy nuggets, fries, and a chocolate frosty which has pretty much been my order for years. Usually I've had a pretty decent experience with this Wendy's, but these current employees are clearly lacking training in customer service and sanitation when it comes to the machines. I understand it's Wendy's so it's at the bottom of the fast food chain, but I still expect decent customer service and for them to clean the machines. After 5 or so minutes of trying to track our waitress down, I had to get the bar tender to help. I asked if this is usually what the serving of chicken is and she said unfortunately yes. We got a kids meal, 8 piece nuggets, regular sandwich, berry parfait , Mac and cheese and drinks. There is no senior drink or discount here. The employee who was at the register was very patient and so nice to my chatty granddaughter. There are many people who would not have been so kind.
