This is a newer home (four years old) with a flooded master bathroom on a Friday morning. Eighty year olds stumbling in the dark at night to the second far off bathroom for three days a problem. The first they could look at it Monday. After several calls that was going to be the best time. Lewis was at our door at exactly 8 AM, Monday. He looked at the toilet and saw a leaking supply line. He said he had one in his truck and I said replace it. He quickly did so. The one he replaced it with was braided steel, replacing a cheap plastic one so I ask if he had another to replace the same in our other bath if it was the same. He said he would check. He did and he did. He then went to the truck and made the bill. Travel to our home (less and one mile from their shop) $30. Labor $125 (labor rate $300/hour (I have Ring video times) parts $33+ I checked Amazon retail less than $12 for both. Very good service TOTAL time at property (including drive on and off) 27 minutes - total bill $188. So in my judgment three stars. Maybe send your kids to trade school not Yale.

The installers, Nate and Phoenix, were here around 8 am and was finished and cleaned up by 2pm. I was very surprised they had removed and installed everything in that time frame. The price was competitive, but they have coupons on their website. While searching through the webpage, i noticed they also have plumbing and electrical services. I know Shanklin is who i will call for those as well. Every interaction, from the 1st phone call through the installers leaving, was professional and knowledgeable. I just want to thank all of you!

Terrible. Long story short, i asked them to install a new a/c unit for me. They installed one that…read morewas not compatible with my furnace, so it stuttered and hiccuped all summer long and every time i called for them to come out to fix it, they did temporary fixes, extra oil, etc. the next summer as soon as I started to a/c unit again, it immediately started to hiccup and stutter again. Then they blamed it on a possible recall and told me that i am now out of the warranty period and i was out of luck. The office staff were absolutely combative and refused to address the problem when the manufacturer said that my unit was not part of any recall, it was an installation issue. When my furnace died, the company I hired to fix it said that the a/c unit wasn't compatible with my furnace and it fried the motherboard. They never accepted any responsibility and it cost me a fortune to fix what they screwed up. Reported them to BBB DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A name change doesn't mean a darn thing to the people you screwed over.

He accommodated me into his schedule right away and was able to come when it fit my schedule perfectly. He took time to think about how he was going to complete it and told me ahead of time everything that needed to be done. Something I thought was going to take 4-5 hours took less than two, and that time also included him running out to the store to get a new part. The pricing was extremely reasonable.
