This shop has consistently assisted me with repairs, updating wear and tear. I asked if they could get it to a point where it will last a bit longer. They were kind, suggested that it was time to let it go, but agreed to work with me - I had a budget in mind. They worked within that budget and gave me a number of things to look for. Very kind, very supportive, but also kept me realistic. Highly recommend.

Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

After hours he has the mobile mechanic business to help people get rapids done without the cost or time of towing your vehicle. He allowed me to buy parts, but he had means to get the parts as well. His labor cost are just around or slightly below Local norm. I feel like I saved about 30-40% on what a garage repair would cost. No price gauging he loo normal time for repairs and labor. Weekend labor prices may be a little higher. I am 100% satisfied. He left the old parts to show what was actually replaced. He diagnosed the issue in about 20 minutes, he has the diagnostic tools with him and show you what the issue is. Thanks Sean will be calling you for next auto repair and telling my friends and neighbors. Great mechanic experience!

I have gone here multiple times but will not be back after today. This is a long read, but worth it…read moreif you're considering taking your business here. In March, I came in with a nail in my tire and they replaced the tire. While doing so, they did a general inspection, which included a brake fluid check. All good. I picked my car up the same day and everything seemed fine. Since I picked up my car in March, no one went under the hood of my car until last night (almost 11 weeks later). I stopped by another company to get an oil change. The workers were shocked that I had no brake fluid cap on my reservoir. They had to get the manager involved and do internal documentation because it's a safety issue. Important for later, this company doesn't do brake work, and they told me to go to a mechanic immediately the next morning. My mistake was thinking I should go back to this Firestone, since they were the last people under the hood of my car. Writing a review didn't even cross my mind when I learned of the missing cap (even if it should have--if you're not familiar, look up why they are important). It's what happened when I went to get a new cap and brake bleed that the reason I'm writing this review. The Firestone employee on duty was antagonistic from the start. It was just me and her in the room. I explained the situation. I wasn't there to debate who did it, but she was. I was told that it couldn't have been them because if they forgot my brake cap "I wouldn't have made it a mile down the road" (false, moisture leading to brake damage or failure would take time). I was told the oil change company I went to was trying to screw me over. When I explained why that didn't make sense (they took it for fun and told me to go get someone else to fix it since they don't do brakes...?) I was told that it must have been the people that did my oil change BEFORE this last one (which was almost a year ago at this point). I explained that that would mean this Firestone has had my car 3 times, checked the brake fluid 3 times, and never notified me the cap was missing. I then said "I'm sorry, but I don't know what to tell you. You were the last people under the hood, unless you're telling me someone broke into my car and stole my cap." I said this was a safety issue, but I was told to relax and again told that "if something were to happen, it would've happened back in March" (again, wrong). I told her I wanted a new cap and a brake bleed. She apparently didn't know what a brake bleed was and instead looked at me like I didn't know what I was saying. I couldn't believe the entire exchange when I left. There was a different, nice lady I spoke to when I went to pick my car up. She asked me what happened because the service write up in the computer wasn't clear to her. I explained. I started to tell her that I have never had an issue there and was disappointed in my experience this morning when I was cut off by the woman I dealt with earlier coming from the back. She acted completely different now that someone else was in the room. She made comments like "I don't know all about this stuff" and "we even did extra work and did a brake bleed" (not extra work, and after looking at me crazy for asking for one in the morning). I was polite and said thank you but had no interest in conversing with her while the other woman rang me up. After a some silence, the woman from the morning goes, out of nowhere, "we can point fingers all we want, but at least it's done." I was FLOORED (and by the look of the woman checking me out, so was she). I started to tell her I wasn't looking to point fingers, but she cut me off and said that she "didn't mean anything by it." I just said nothing the remainder of the time and got myself out of there. Entirely ridiculous, unprofessional, and quite literally the worst customer service I've ever had.

I've never been so impressed with a car repair shop, I'm always afraid I'm going to get ripped off, especially since I know nothing about cars and have an older one (2005). By the time the two weeks was here, I had already purchased AAA and was able to utilize the free tow. Towed car there around 7am, got a call around 9am with the diagnostic and very reasonable cost, luckily it wasn't major, and I gave the go ahead. They called around 2pm and told me it's done. They also noted me there might be a battery issue, but charged it up and it had been starting since, so didn't replace it (aka didn't replace unnecessary parts to increase my bill). Unfortunately when I went to pick the car up an hour later, the battery had lost its charge and it didn't start, but within 30 minutes (on a Friday afternoon), they had sourced a new battery. I witnessed them calling around to get me the best price, they picked the battery up and installed it and I was out the door. Bonus they didn't charge me for the battery install since I had paid for the battery charge up that didn't end up working. Very fair, honest, knowledgeable and reasonable-- checks all the boxes for me!
