Overall our party of 10 had a great experience, the server was attentive and everyone for the most part liked their food and drinks. I'm writing this review mainly to comment on the disappointing $14 "roasted beet salad." The salad was described in the menu as having spinach, roasted yellow and red beets, goat cheese, candies walnuts and oranges. I thought they had mad a mistake because I did not order a spinach salad, I ordered a beet salad. I literally had to dig in my dry salad to find the yellow beets and no red beets to be found. The yellow beets were cut into very tiny square pieces as shown at the end of my fork. If you have a magnifying glass or a microscope, you'll see it better. The kitchen also forgot to include the dressing and thus what I received was a dry spinach salad with tiny non roasted yellow beets. The server kindly brought the vinaigrette. Long story short, please change your menu to say "Spinach salad" instead of "Beet Salad" because that title is misleading, or if your kitchen is not willing to make changes, then I suggest leaving Beet Salad entirely out of your menu. Also, I understand that for the most part, you serve beer, but if you have Old Fashioneds on the menu, please please serve it with a big rock or big block of ice. Thank you :) read more

Came here for dinner with my family and overall had a great experience as far as food and staff. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was really good. Went in for dinner tonight and ordered a Blantons on the rocks. Circle 7 has the large ice balls so I asked for that. What I was served was a pale yellow drink that did not look, smell, or taste like bourbon. Thinking it was a mistake I took it up to the bar, where the bartender insisted it was Blantons. At that point I told our waitress to send the manager back and that I wanted it removed from our check. I did not drink whatever was in that glass past a sip or two to confirm it was not what I ordered. The manager came out and rather than acknowledging their mistake, nobody could look at that drink and think it was bourbon, she decided to double down. She said because it was an expensive bourbon (which it would be I guess if they had served it to me) she would not take it off the check. Whoever owns this business should fire that manager. She had 2 choices. Admit that I was not served what I ordered and fixed the problem, keeping a fairly loyal customer. That's what any reasonable manager would do. Instead she chose option 2 which results in a 1 star review on every review site I can find and losing a customer for life. Stupid decision since I'm not paying for that drink, I'll be disputing the charge in the morning, so not only will they not get the $15 they tried to cheat me out of, they'll be paying a chargeback fee to boot. read more

Circle 7's draw is the bar tables with self-serve beer taps. The beer is measured by the ounce, and you're able to pour the beer yourself instead of needing a waiter to do it for you. Super handy for large groups, which is normally why we choose Circle 7. The food is good, but it's just bar food--nothing special. I do really like their salad selection, and the chicken skewers are phenomenal. The servings are huge, so be prepared to take food home with you. read more

This place was great. When we arrived it was very crowded but only waited for 10 mins for a table. They have a lot of great food options. I ordered the firecracker chicken sandwich and corn fritters. Chicken sandwich was smothered in buffalo sauce ( I loved it) .. i love cheese but wouldn't recommend on sandwich because of the overflow of buffalo sauce. The corn fritters was delicious. Amazing amazing food but what really did it was the customer service. A gentleman (possibly the manager) interacted with my young daughter at the door. He had her guessing how many candies were in the dish then cam over and spoke with us throughout our meal. As a single mom at lunch with a 5 year old it was so nice for her to be distracted. Later he came back and gave her a card for a free meal and said it was because of how amazing her manners were. She beamed from ear to ear. I decided to give these guys a second try. First things first, the service was great. We had a trainee as our server, but even though she was green, she was good. Our drinks stayed filled and our food came out hot. Food: we started with the Chicken Skewers and was not disappointed. They are just chicken breast on skewers but they were moist and flavorful. The two dippoling sauce came in handy (We had firey honey and ranch). I had the Pattie melt and my date had the C2B2 (bacon cheese burger). Both came out with chips. I don't know if I just don't order the right things here or if I come on off days, but both of the two times that I have come here, I didn't think this place was really anything to write home about. After that experience it took me years to come back, which occurred this past Tuesday for lunch with some coworkers. This time around I ordered the Frisco Melt with fries. My burger was dry. There was not enough Thousand Island Dressing on it. The fries were ok, but your average fry. This place just seems average to me. I know people are excited about the beer taps at your table, which I agree that is cool, but it's not enough for me to want to be a regular. The service was decent but certain things like refills and bringing ketchup to the table full of plates of fries, were at times overlooked. I'm not opposed to returning to Circle 7 Ranch but it's not on the top of my mind for a good bar and grill to go to based on my experiences.
