The owner, Manal, was very kind. She washed my hair throughly with shampoo and conditioner, removed any damaged hair pieces, and recommended a short bob cut to provide the look of volume to my hair. My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! From what she's told me, it's her and two nail techs that currently work there. Unfortunately, that day, it was only her working. The place is nicely decorated and clean. There's R&B playing in the background and she makes you feel comfortable. I even peeped the brand of items that she uses and they're legit. No knock off or cheap brands. The only criticism I would say is that I wish she did her work a little bit faster, but other than that, I'd return for sure.
