My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! She even massaged my head/scalp and gave me under eye gel pads to help soothe my puffy under eye area...it felt like a mini spa get away.

I ended my wonderful day with a facial by Kelly. Every one of them was so sweet to me, and I feel like a glamorous superstar!  My manicurist was Apryl.  She has been doing nails for something like 30 years!  She is very talented.  My nails look beautiful (see pics).  She listened to what I wanted and worked efficiently to meet my needs.  I loved talking to her, too.  I was impressed that she has so much experience but still up to date on trends.   Lana did my pedicure.  She is also very experienced.  I loved how tender she was with my feet, but she also worked on them to make sure they were super soft.  She was kind and made me feel very comfortable.  I am kind of self conscious about my feet as I haven't gotten a pedicure in a super long time, but she made me feel good about them.  I ended my wonderful day with a facial by Kelly.  Omg!  That was so relaxing, and my face feels super soft. The facial was an hour of heaven!  Kelly was informative about the products she used, but she didn't once try to sell me anything.    I love how each of them were efficient but took their time.  With all three, it was a nice balance between chatting and relaxing quiet.
