My mouth went in total shock once I tried 3 different pastries from here the crème that was used in these OMG! Worth the wait we went maybe 25 min before closing so the line was not that bad. I don't know Italian so I just pointed out what I wanted and got through the line fine. It's hidden on a back street and be prepared to wait on the street! This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!
