I don't know Italian so I just pointed out what I wanted and got through the line fine. It's hidden on a back street and be prepared to wait on the street! I had it in a cup but it did include a small cone as well. The staff was friendly and since the shop is small there is no seating inside but there are plenty of places you can enjoy your gelato outside. I ended up going twice while I was in Napoli.
