Two of my colleagues and I were getting fitted for uniformed items while there was an academy rush during our visit. While we drove back to our station (located in the Bay Area) we could not stop talking about how great Martha and her crew are! We could easily go to the LEO store in Concord which is 10 minutes away from our station yet, we return. Since I've discovered Curtis Blue Line last month, I've been there several more times and Martha continues to provide excellent customer service!

She came back to purchase some items for her clinicals. She had the receipt for these two items that were never used nor opened. She was told they could be returned with a receipt and unopened. I was with her in the store when the owner spoke very rudely to my daughter and said these clearly have been opened the pass package is dented in and we do not sell items like this. I walked over to the other items on the shelf that they had hanging for sale that were exactly the same, and all these were dented in also the plastic on them when I'd let her know how rudely she was talking to my daughter she said well this one time I'll return them but they're clearly opened. I said oh so you're calling my daughter a liar. She said not one word and refunded the money. My daughter nor I will ever shop here again and I'll tell everybody who's thinking about shopping here about our experience. Even after I posted this review, the owner of the store contacted me and said they apologized that I wasn't happy, but who would be happy when they've been called a liar or dishonest and who would wanna contact them back or do business with them I don't understand. There is nothing else to discuss regardless of whether they issued a refund. It's the principle of this bad for the bad review.

They had EVERYTHING I needed plus, HUGE plus they did the alterations while I waited. A little back story here: In search of a uniform... specific colors and nobody had my size. I wasn't in a huge hurry for these items I had about 2 weeks. During this time I visited and called multiple businesses in Sacramento checking on their stock. Most people either didn't have what I needed, offered to order possible delivery 3-4 weeks. Which is way to long for my timeline. One company was flat out rude and seemed bothered by you wanting to give them your money. Another was way overpriced. I continued my google search in Sacramento and found this place. 1. Talked to Debbie on the phone (she knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock) 2. Jumped in the car 3. Got items 4. Tried them on, the seamstress altered them in under 20 mins 5. Went home a very happy customer in under one hour 6. Sat on couch to give them a 5 star review They so deserve it!!! It's not so much that they had the size I needed and nobody else did. It was that they took care of my alterations same day and the seamstress even fixed my mask because she noticed it was torn. Who does that these days? Prior to stopping here, I had stopped by another scrub shop and found their prices to be way too high for what I was looking for. The hours posted online was a little different than when I actually stopped in. There are no hours of service posted at the shop. I guess I should have called to confirmed that the store would be open. Oops! Luckily, Paul, the owner, had let me shop. I told him I was shopping for a white coat, and he led me straight to the white coat section. I didn't really have any specifics to the white coat. I was able to try on the white coat and find my size. It didn't take much time, since Paul was already able to guess-timate the white coat size that would be a great fit. I didn't have extra time to take a look at the scrubs they carried in detail, but I noticed that they carry a lot of Cherokee brand scrubs in a variety of colors. They also have compression socks, shoes, and accessories. If you need embroidery services, they provide that as well although I'm not sure of the cost. I love that this little scrub shop is near UC Davis Medical Center. It makes things convenient for future shopping or shopping for employees who need extra pairs of scrubs. They accept credit card and have a small parking lot at the front of the store. Thanks Paul for making the shopping experience fast and easy!
