So excited to come to Cinnaholic after visiting one in Utah. I remember the smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, at this location you will be greeted at the door with the very strong scent of a floral cleaner! So disappointing and unappealing. I ordered mine and it was heated up and the frosting added so it melted the whole way home. I found the whole experience didn't really make their baked goods appetizing or as good as I remember from a couple weeks ago out of town. Hard pass for me. read more

Bummed!! We love the rolls but todays we're terrible!!! They were not baked like straight dough wasted money on 2 :( Is something up with the ovens?? Update- owner offered to give us a replacement. My daughter also went this week and got service from a worker named Gracie who was so sweet. My daughter said hers was made right. I will be coming back next week for my replacements as well. Just left the store for the first time. I'm super confused with all of these reviews. I ordered 3 mini buns and a lemon blueberry coffee cake. It was over $20, but I had never been there before so just figured it was expensive. Opened the boxes - there were 9 mini buns (six crammed into one small square box) and three in the other. My first visit I ordered the Old Skool and the Caramel Apple Pie. The Old Skool is a classic cinnamon roll with vanilla icing. The roll was very soft and easy to cut with a fork. The icing was rich and the vanilla flavor came through. The Caramel Apple Pie was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! The diced apples and the caramel is always a great combination. However the pie crumble with oat was a great way to top off the cinnamon roll. Excellent texture and flavors. I love the Cinnaholic brand and this location is a local gem. It was clean and neat with some seating options. I love that there were some specialty rolls specifically for the location. I had the Texas Praline Roll and it was amazing. Usually I go for the customized options but I was not disappointed. An absolute cinnamon dream- cute little sweet shop around the corner from the Mexican restaurant. Smells like heaven in a hand basket right when you open the door. Lovely smiles and hellos when we entered. I had my family with me and they were very patient while we figured out what all the kidos wanted. I recommend you find another location. I ordered a cake from this location Monday for pick up today. When I went in the young lady behind the counter ignored me completely,and after 10 minutes of listening to here talk on the phone and texted on her cell. Then when another customer came in she waited on her first and was very rude to her and then finally ask what I wanted, when I told her I was there for a cake and she stormed off to the back and slid my cake on the pick counter and turned to me, and I quote ( you can pick your cake off the counter). read more

I'm one of those people who likes a twist on the original thing, which is why I tried the biscoff cookie butter cinnamon roll! It was deliciously ooey gooey in the center but was topped with a perfectly buttery frosting, a lotus biscoff cookie crumble, and rainbow sprinkles. My goodness it was perfection! Best Cinnamon roll Ive ever had. And the cream on the Old Skool was absolutely delish. The only reason why I cannot give a 5 star rating is because that Dole ice cream was a joke. Kiddie size and it's $5. C'mon! Its soft serve and a little extra special because of pineapple. But its not worth $5. But I'd pay $10 for that cinnamon roll without question. Such incredible customer service. Came in for the first time to get hubby and kiddo some of these cinnamon rolls. I have celiac so can't have them :( BUT the man checking me out gave me some free incredible pineapple GF ice cream and their homemade PB cups that are GF. Blown away!!! The smell in here is incredible as well!!! And it gets BETTER they made me a nada roll that is GF with bananas icing and toppings that are GF. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic. Soft, rich, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. The icing is too sweet for my taste so I always ask for light icing and they accommodate well. It even tastes yummy the next day after about 20 seconds in the microwave. Nutella Banana Souffle Pancakes - Roughly half or two-thirds of a banana split in two and appears to have a bit of caramelized sugar on it. The price of $13.99 for two pancakes off the premium menu felt a bit steep for the product. Experience at much better establishments, like Happy Pancake, in Shibuya or Ginza offer three pancakes with a greater quantity of whipped cream and fruits at roughly $8.25 with no expectations on tips. Every time I walked by on both Saturday and Sunday, the line was out the door. After seeing how busy it was on Saturday, I honestly expected better preparation for Sunday -- especially with staffing. I finally stopped by around 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when the line wasn't nearly as long, but it still took over 29 minutes just to get an ice cream. There was only one person working the register and one person preparing all the orders on his own. That said, both employees remained calm and professional the entire time. They did not appear stressed despite the constant flow of customers, and they handled everything with patience. Major credit to them for keeping it together all weekend. Management, however, could have anticipated the volume of a large cheer competition and staffed accordingly. With better preparation, the experience could have been much smoother. Kudos to the two employees for staying composed and doing their best under tough circumstances.
