What a fun place! My son is obsessed with cinnamon buns and somehow we came across this place. It's very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their Challah on Friday is very moist and delicious. The cinnamon buns themselves are warm, straight out of the oven with a variety of flavored icing as well as any topping you can imagine. In this situation, less is more though as my son got a bunch of stuff on it and it was just too sweet for one cinnamon bun. The cinnamon buns themselves are very good with just regular cream cheese frosting. Will definitely be returning read more

Good, but dont see this lasting. Too limited. I had a cinnamon roll with marshmallow fluff and cookie dough. So sickly sweet which is what I was expecting, but wow this was another dimension. Cool concept, but I doubt I'll be craving this moving forward. Staff was awesome! Helped us make our decisions and made small talk. If you have a valid student ID, you get free toppings, so that's a perk. Like that its vegan, find it funny that people think its healthier. Fun experience, tasty, I just dont see myself going back anytime soon. read more

Bleh. The rolls were warm and moist, but so bland. I hate to say it, but they smelled like feet. The icing wasn't bad, but the aftertaste, as a whole, was just not good. Nice little shop, seems well-run, but I'm not a fan of the product. read more

I am officially obsessed with Cinnaholic! Always on the lookout for dairy-free treats, I was so happy to find this place on Yelp. The concept is straightforward: vegan cinnamon rolls that you customize with vegan frostings and lots of topping choices. I went with the cream cheese frosting topped with pretzels and chocolate chips--so delicious! The cinnamon roll itself was moist and tasty and certainly didn't lack any flavor being vegan. The "cream cheese" frosting was just sweet enough for me, and I'm excited to try the many other options. I definitely understand the name; Cinnaholic is addictive!! read more

I went on Yelp looking for donuts, and found Cinnaholic instead. The jury's still out on whether I'll be making this a mainstay for sweetness. The big factor will be whether I'll like a different varietal than what I had the first time. But there's potential. Cinnaholic is in a good spot on 20th Street in Boca -- located in the same plaza as Cosa Duci and down the street from Munchies. There's plenty of parking in front of the cinnamon roll shop. When I arrived, I saw at least two to four outside tables, and there were another few inside upon entering. The interior is very nicely decorated -- wooden floors, marble countertops with glass separators, and royal purple-painted walls -- definitely eye-pleasing. The center area of the counter is where they have the display for the cinnamon rolls and cookie dough, which looked to die for... and decadent as hell. The impression I had was this was a nicer, upscale version of [insert name] or whatever cinnamon roll/bakery franchise you want to conjure in you head. The guy that served was very nice and cordial, made some small talk while putting my cinnamon bun order together. Asked me where I had heard about Cinnaholic, and I mentioned that I had been searching for donuts and found this place. So, I'm sure you're waiting to find out the answer to the $64,000 question. How was the cinnamon roll? I ordered the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll, which looked really good in the display. I think it was under $5 after tax. Wasn't bad. What I expected for something that looked that relatively large and decadent with all the trimmings on it -- cookie dough, chocolate syrup, some other crazy drizzle. I brought it back to my office to enjoy. Definitely gluttonous, definitely sweet... a little too sweet. There was a little bit of an after taste on that I couldn't put my tongue, but it didn't quite satisfy the way I hoped. I don't think it was an issue with the cinnamon roll itself, or the cookie dough topping. I think it was more the chocolate sauce. It just didn't sit right with me. So that was a little disappointing. Still, I'm not willing to give up on the spot. I think it has a lot going for them in terms of location and service, but I am going to need to try at least a different varietal next time when I go. read more

By far the best dessert in Boca!! I found it on Instagram or TikTok and was so excited to try it and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Right away the staff was so friendly and allowed me to sample whatever I wanted before deciding on my order. There's so many combinations that the whole family can be satisfied. We waited a few minutes for fresh rolls to come out of the oven and they were warm and delicious! I definitely recommend getting the cookie dough for sure as a topping because it was so melty and delicious. I will definitely return and am so happy to support such a friendly business!! read more

Cinnaholic is a hidden gem. They offer customizable cinnamon buns, where you get to choose any combination of toppings and frosting! The only downfall is that this does mean they can get pricey- but just more and more delicious! I ordered one of their pre-designed options, the Dead Lift, which featured peanut butter frosting, peanut butter cups, oreos and chocolate chips- truly decadent. The shop is small but comfortable. With tax, I paid nearly $6.25 for one small, PLAIN cinnamon roll. Overpriced and nothing special, this restaurant represents the worst of American food trends and the tone of this review is likely because I feel stupid that I fell for it. While fresh, the dough was plain and the texture just average, the butter, cinnamon + frosting were not gooey and yummy -- the whole thing felt a bit standard and pretty darn basic. I ordered another with Apple and pecan on top (for an additional $1.20 on top of that). One might expect the Apple pieces were baked or seasoned (like a compote), the pecans toasted -- NOPE. Like someone literally diced up a gala Apple in the kitchen, left the peel on, and they sprinkled some pieces on top -- right after the not-so-generous portion of pecan chips were added straight out of a plastic bag. BASIC. While the employees here are friendly, they add insult to injury when they flip around the payment iPad and you're asked to tip them between 15-25% ON TOP of the overpriced baked goods. 3 highly mediocre cinnamon rolls, each only about the size of my fist -- and one PLAIN -- for OVER $20!? At those prices these employees had better receive health insurance. My prediction is this place is closed by this time next year. read more

OMG! This cute little bakery is incredible! Everything looks so pretty and delicate, they do an amazing job decorating the food and the cinnamon roll I tried has to be the most delicious and prettiest cinnamon roll I've ever tried in my emite life! Can't wait to go back and try more of all their options and flavors! I came here for the $1 Old School Rolls today and won a free cookie on the wheel! I decided to get a Soft Serve as well which was really good but it's sssuuupper sweet, almost like marshmallow sauce. You can put as many sauces as you want or add extra topics for .60 each. I added cookie dough and it was $4.35. I actually wasn't able to finish the soft serve because it was so rich and sweet. Gonna have to bring it to my hunny so he can finish it along with the cinnamon roll. I'm really glad I made it this year to the event because last year I was too late. The staff here is super friendly and I think one of the owners or manager came up to talk to us. Overall, vegan or not, you should stop in! We're hoping someone franchises another location in south Florida! read more

These are phenomenal. Like drool worthy, guilt ridden day dreams at gym of these cinnamon buns. Here's the deal, I'm not vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten free etc but man these taste better than cinnabun having all of those put together. Here are some protips if you don't live near by: batch purchase, individually aluminum wrap with zip lock, freeze, defrost, and warm up in the oven. Frosting is freezable, but I usually keep some extra in the fridge. They taste so fresh, you'll never notice. A little shop in the midst of several new trendy experiences. It's definitely a late night, after dinner treat. We had coupons, so we were ready to try. Viewing the place from across the street, we could not tell if it was still open. When we arrived, there was only a mom and her two kids at the counter. Since they were undecided, she let us go first. Good thing she did! Next thing you know, the small shop was filled with about 8 people. Service was mighty slow. We only had frosting and one topping. They probably need to get their process more streamlined. Although it they both tasted great, I'd expected a larger, higher rising cinnamon roll for $6. I did receive a $5 coupon in my email after our initial purchase. You know we will have to return and try another combo. read more

Just when you think cinnamon buns are boring, I found this place. Packaging is super inventive and cute. The cinnamon buns are DELICIOUS! They have a very unique variety of flavors with different toppings and flavor combinations. Staffing is very friendly. Everything is great here. Try a variety like we did. The one with the cookie dough was my fav from what we tried yesterday. A little pricey (most cost between $9 - $12), but oh, so worth it and they're huge, so you can share or eat some later! read more

Love that everything they have there is vegan!! I'm gluten free and cheated on this because it looked too good to pass up! I will say it wasn't necessarily my favorite. The icing was super sweet and almost fluffy. The cinnamon roll didn't seem super fresh and was kind of hard. I got a cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and strawberries on top. I also don't like how the flavoring seems to be from a liquid. i personally like the ones from "Paulor Vegan Bakery" better. but if you're looking for something super super sweet this might be the spot for you. Growing up w the national company Cinnabon and that frosting as my go to, coming to Cinnaholic; well that was a game changer. Same concept but hella better for you w the real ingredients al vegan parlor style spot. Allowing the customers to customize their style for the cinnamon roll addiction was/is outstanding. You can go apple pie style, cookies n cream, cookie dough love, etc. Now those won't be exact titles but close too and same concept. I tend to buy their cookie dough batter as well to just eat as is or to bake for cookies at home. Love it either way, but baked has a significant difference....duh. Close to FAU I'm sure it's filled w college kids galore. The staff has never left me feeling stupid w my 100 questions, always helpful and seem to be happy to be there which is always good to see. I'm not sure how many rolls are made per day or how it works; I think earlier is always a better option but is open till nine for late dessert over ice cream. read more

This spot came up on my social media feed and I couldn't resist, in a fan of Cinnabon so I figured why not try this. The service received was exceptional the minute you walk in you a greeted but all of the staff and asked if it's your first time, they even offered free samples and tastes of toppings. If you're like me and love cinnamon rolls, you're in for a real treat. Often I've avoided cinnamon rolls trying to eat healthier, so I was delighted to discover a healthier alternative at Cinnaholic. Not only are the cinnamon rolls freshly made and delicious, (drool worthy actually), they're mostly organic, all natural, vegan and kosher. So at least when I'm going to indulge I can feel good about the ingredients. Did I mention they have over 15 icings and over 20 toppings? basically you customize your cinnamon roll to be anything you want it to be. I left the place with four different rolls the Cookie Monster, birthday cake, Smore's, and one that was topped with fresh berries. All the rolls are huge, fresh and they also have mini buns. These are definitely shareable and would be great as a treat for yourself or I can imagine them at birthdays and parties. Be sure to treat yourself to Cinnaholic it's well worth it! read more

I Visited Cinnaholic today with my wife. I ordered the classic with coffee x 2. The big turn off for my visit was how DIRTY this restaurant is. The entrance door is scuzzy dirty, the tables were not wiped off with dirty food smears. The restaurant smelled more like a Mexican cantina than cinnamon. With three people working in this very small restaurant there is no excuse for it being unkept. read more

I love that this place offers vegan cinnamon buns! What a unique concept. They start at $5.50, and each topping is .50 cents. There are several toppings and frosting flavors. Received as a gift but nevertheless was delicious. Variety was super and they even did great after I froze some.

Heard about this place from a friend who knows I have a sweet tooth and finally decided to check it out with my family. The shop is tucked in the corner of a small plaza. We opted to eat our cinnamon rolls in the shop cause we didn't want to wait to get home but the oven does make it very warm inside the shop. If you have better self control maybe order it to go. We got the double cookie roll (vanilla frosting with Oreos and chocolate chip cookie pieces and a chocolate sauce drizzle) and the strawberries & cream roll (cream cheese frosting topped with strawberries and graham crackers). Both were delicious! The base cinnamon roll is dense, gooey, and incredibly flavorful (hard to believe they're vegan). Out of the two we picked the strawberries and cream was the better selection, with the toppings being a nice compliment to the roll and not overpoweringly sweet. Also, we chose premade selections but you have the option of creating your own with tons of frosting and topping selections. If you don't mind the sugar coma that comes after indulging in these sweet treats, I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Friendly staff, tasty cinnamon rolls, and warm vibes! So glad I found this vegan-friendly gem!

Wow. Just WOW! I'm a sucker for cinnamon rolls but vegan cinnamon rolls?! And btw, all the food in the shop for sale if vegan! These bad boys right here surpassed my expectations. Didn't expect it to be all that great but it was surprisingly delicious. You can order your cinnamon roll and choose a flavored icing and toppings. During my first visit, I ordered a half chai and half vanilla icing roll. The chai flavor was pretty strong but not overwhelming. The roll is served warm so the icing just melts right into it and distributes all around so the flavors of chai, vanilla and cinnamon in one bite is a great way to fix a sweet tooth. During my second visit, I brought my mom along because I knew she'd like it just as much as I did. She ordered a coffee icing roll and I ordered hazelnut icing with cookie dough on top. Now don't get me wrong, having chocolate in the mix of all that yummy goodness was great but there was TOO much of the cookie dough especially since it melted. But safe to say, the rolls do a great justice without any extra toppings on them. read more

I was SO looking forward to trying a cinnamon bun from this new location! Let me start off by saying the product itself is genius, and tastes delicious. (Featured on shark tank too? awesome!) I would have given 5 stars immediately if not for the service which I will continue writing about later. First, I want to talk about the cinnamon rolls. They are WARM!! Which was a pleasant surprise. I even drove to the beach and by the time I took a bite it was still warm! You have to try the cookie dough which is to die for. My boyfriend chose oreo and said the cookie dough was better! The combination of cinnamon goodness and cookie dough makes for a sweet treat. It is super sweet so make sure you bring your sweet tooth. I got the cream cheese frosting which was super good as well. So sadly let me explain why I gave this place three stars. From the get-go the workers were unpleasant. As I normally do at places I have never been to, I asked the worker which icing goes well with the cookie dough. He rudely then informed me that every person is different and it depends what you like. He was not friendly at all. Not sure why he couldn't have just offered a suggestion, but then I asked what he liked with it and he said cream cheese I guess. Odd interaction that left me with a weird taste in my mouth. (Not literally the cinnamon buns are excellent! ha ha) read more

The cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic are worthy of 5-stars without a doubt. The service, which I read in a few reviews was an issue, was 2-star worthy. When we walked in, we were kind-of greeted by the unenthusiastic woman behind the counter. She quickly gave us the spiel on what Cinnaholic was about and waited for us to place our orders. I picked a cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and cookie dough. While our custom cinnamon rolls were created, we tried to make small talk with the employee. When she answered, her responses were brief and cold. I'll emphasize the fact that the cinnamon rolls are delicious. I've never been into the whole vegan thing (I love some bacon), but if all vegan food tastes like these cinnamon rolls then I'm on board. The frosting and cookie dough were equally delicious and my entire days worth of calories were obliterated in probably two minutes flat. I'd go back again for the cinnamon rolls but would certainly hope the employees are better. read more
