I don't Believe it. They have gone & done away with the Box office bit!! Planks. Now to get your tickets you have to go to the food & drink counter, most inconsiderate of them, especially as the counters are not wheelchair user friendly.
To access the screens, well that is fine for wheel chair users, but the disabled persons toilet is behind the bit where they take your tickets, so if you need the loo before the film, you have to ask to go behind their barrier, and if there are others waiting to go in, the get annoyed coz they think that you are queue jumping, when you are not. Yet the toilet for able bodied people is in the main entrance area so they can go as they please. I think that if they update their cinema they should move the toilet to a better place & make sure it has a Radar Key lock on it, so that only those with a key can use them.
I think that they wont be making any changes to this particular cinema as there are plans to put a new Cineworld cinema into the refurbished Harvey Centre.
They need to lower their prices as £9.20 for an adult to see a film on a Saturday afternoon is way too much, and their food & drink prices are too pricey as well. read more
