We love this theater! The seats are so comfortable! We love that they can recline and it has a little table that you can food on. There is also plenty of leg room! There is plenty of parking around the theater and in the parking garage. You can buy your tickets beforehand and pick your seats. I got a ticket for the last showing of the night which was Deadpool and Wolverine. No one checked my ticket, I could've just walked in for free. They had nice reclining seats. The supposed 11:30 start time began with 25 minutes of commercials. The security guard was armed which I'm not used to seeing as a New Yorker. The snack prices were exorbitant and they want to get tipped for counter service but I guess those things are normal nowadays. read more

There was a day when you had to sit in a theater for a long time before your movie began just because you arrived super early to try and wrangle a good seat, but not any more! We love this theater, choosing your movie time and seat on the computer, days before we go is a giant perk. Arrive a few minutes early, skip the concession line, get comfy in your seat and have your prepaid food choices delivered from a menu. The chairs are so comfortable and the space isn't crowded. You can easily walk in front of people who even have their recline positions on. The air conditioning is welcome on a hot day and the sound experience is amazing. I'm so happy movie watching in the theater has returned since COVID restrictions shut them down! This particular theater has tons of lot parking and even a nearby parking garage. Terrible customer service. My college student arrived via Uber with her backpack and they allowed her to buy a ticket and they allowed her to buy concessions but then refused to let her in the theater. They provided absolutely no viable alternative even though she offered to empty her backpack which held only a textbook and laptop. They turned her way to get another Uber to go home AND REFUSED TO GIVE HER A REFUND. The Manager refused to talk sensibly about the subject and find a solution. read more

I like this theater. I'm a part of their discount ticket/concession program and it's saved my family almost $1,000 last year. So you can say we are regular attendees, and go regularly. There are a few gripes that have come up recently though. 1) Moths in the theater houses, they are in every theater house. I catch and kill when I can but they're always there. 2) The seats are in disrepair. The recliners are comfortable except when they're ripped. The rips are perfect hiding spots for bed bugs, please get new fabric for your seats. Protect yourself a, your patrons, and make it more comfortable. 3) For how often we're there you'd think one of your staff members would recognise us by now. Even Starbucks Baristas know us, we're good tippers too. Frequent customer recognition is a major part of great customer service. 4) Tipping cashier's, this is a first for us and mind boggling that those tips are not shared with the people who actually bring us our food. North America is truly a tipping nation. Handing me a soda and a popcorn deserves a tip, yet your stair runners get nothing? When we tip the folks bringing our food they're always shocked as no one tips them. You're theater needs to make it clear that tipping in the concession stand is not tipping those that serve you in theater. read more

This theater infamously botches its lighting and sound. I went to see multiple movies here, every single one of them were both too dimly projected and way to loud. I'd say avoid it but there's very few options for a good theater in Foco. I really wish management would read these reviews and hire some more competent employees that have been trained properly. Parking is plentiful in the area, both around the theater and to include a parking garage nearby. The best feature, which seems to the direction most theaters are moving toward, is the option to pre-purchase your ticket and seat online. This is extremely helpful for planning and greatly reduces the stress of arriving and finding a seat for you and your date. The lobby area is nice, with a small seating area where you can relax, eat, or watch TV while you are waiting for your theater to open up if you are early. On weekends there is Fort Collins Police officer in the theater for security and they are super friendly and helpful! The food options are great and fairly reasonably priced (by movie theater standards) from the standard popcorn to full meals. The chicken strips are quite good. The best part of the food options is that you can order a beer to take to your seat! The beer options are pretty good and I thoroughly enjoy having a beer at my seat in the movie theater. The theaters are nice and well furnished. Each ticket gets you your own seat (quite large) that is a power recliner, has a food and drink tray, and a comfortable amount of elbow and spread room so you don't disturb your neighbor. This limits the number of seats in the theater, but it certainly makes the experience more enjoyable. Early bird prices are the way to go, which just means it will be a morning show and the first show in that theater for the day. The food options in the area make this a great place for a dinner and movie date spot. read more

Went to a movie tonight and was super excited. There were four people total in the theater. The sound was absolutely deafening. We asked an employee to lower it and she explained that theaters are loud. As if I have not gone to theaters my entire life. I used to love this theater because of the comfy seats and good food. I know covid has been hard on everyone t this was just too loud!!! We left after the previews, lost $22 and got ice cream instead. Super sad about this. read more

Purchased tickets online for a 10:30 movie. I take care of a man in a wheelchair, had a little trouble but got there and wheelchair ready at 10:35. Doors locked and no one came to our assistance. Finally at 1040 they open the door and said concession is closed! Wouldn't give us a refund and made my friend very upset! Don't have a 1030 movie if you cant take care of customers! Best theater in town! The seats are reclining leather seats. Tons of leg room and ample room for all. The sound and screens here are top notch and you can order food and have it delivered to your seat. I would imagine the only complaint here would be the price but really all theaters cost about the same and everyone knows it's the concessions that cost the most. The theater has great parking and is in a good mid town location close to dinning , shopping, etc. This is a great family friendly location. read more

Reading some of the reviews, I am surprised. I've attended several times since this place opened. It's really nice to have a cinema bistro in town. I actually LOVE the assigned seats, though, I do understand the downside of not being able to simply drop in last-minute. The flipside: you don't have to get there super early on opening days to get good seats. I've never had issue with any of the employees or with ticket purchasing OR with the policing of outside drinks (I always bring in my water bottle and they've literally never said anything, let alone escorted me from the theater; though I agree that would be mortifying - sorry to the yelper who had that experience!). Employees are always pleasant. Concession and ticket prices are comparable to other theaters and the seats are oversized and super comfy! I usually order food from the kitchen and it's always been brought out in a reasonable time frame (within 15 minutes, usually). I also have to say "lmao" to the guy who complained on here that the restrooms were located too far from their theater! Omg. #WhiteWhine #FirstWorldProblems PS: The fifth star here is because I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Cinemark's customer service. As a customer completely acknowledge my mistakes in this circumstance... I purchased tickets for a movie yesterday and managed to obtain my tickets via an employee ( not a kiosk ) and provide my tickets to the individual checking tickets to guide me to my appropriate theatre TODAY. Upon purchasing food ( to be delivered, so clearly I'm obtuse to my error) and alcohol...a fellow patron noted they were in the same seats? Weird, right? Moments later, we were escorted out because my husband brought in water, by a police officer and management. It was not because we were in someone else's seats that we were asked to leave but because we had "outside beverage" (water, which is completely allowable). Embarrassed and completely appalled. Pros- Great seats they recline a little, you can reserve seats, large menu, Starbucks....Oh and the have delicious kettlecorn popcorn! Cons- the kitchen gets orders wrong a lot. You say no onion and you end up with a lot of onion. If you ask for ketchup and mustard on your burger you'll get neither. Etc. My wife and I went to see The Martian on opening night and we had a great experience. Singing up for the membership on the well put together website was simple and fast. Printing the tickets at the theatre was easy and meant no lines. The concessions were out of this world. We stuck with the classic popcorn and soda combo and I have to say that on that night the popcorn was top notch. The nachos that were delivered to the people on both sides of us looked amazing, too. Similar experience to Nick W above. The theatre gave me two tickets to Star Wars when I ran my credit card for reservations for good dinosaur. I told them that I did not remember reserving tickets for Star Wars but they reassured me that the tickets came up for my credit card. When I was sitting down waiting for the movie to start, another couple asked about our seats saying they had them. We ended up giving up the seats and when I explained how I received the tickets, the employee was very rude. No apology. They said I was wrong and what happened to me was impossible because the computer would not allow it to happen. Well computers are only as good as the human operating them. They obviously have a training gap. And the food. This is not a "bistro" it is glorified food court stand. They do not take your order in the theatre, you order it at the popcorn counter. My experience at other "dine-in" theatres has been much better. I hope that the management will read these reviews and address the customer service issues and upgrade the food service. read more

This is the new movie theater in Fort Collins. The seating was nice, with reclining seats foot rest. Along with standard movie snacks they also offer other meal options and will bring it to your seat. The prices are about what you would expect from a movie theater, higher than normal. I tried the pulled pork nachos. They were ok, nothing spectacular and certainly not worth $11. Admittedly it was nice to have the food option, but it won't be something I do again. They also have drink options that include beer, wine and coffee. Again it sounds like a nice option and probably one I'll use in the future. Overall it was a positive experience, great picture, excellent seating and nice to pick your specific seats. read more

Meh. Gotta take the good with the bad I guess. Things I like about this movie theater: It really steps up the standard for movie theaters. The seats are amazingly comfortable. Atmosphere is good. Sound quality Is better than the one on Timberline. I like that they offer popcorn buckets and soda cups at the beginning of the year at a hefty price tag that can be refilled for $3.50 the rest of the year. Its a great deal. Now to the badish: Someone mentioned earlier about the bathroom distance and I unfortunately have to agree. If you're at either end of the theater its a small walk, but try it with a five year old girl who's eyeballs are floating.... Not awesome. Next the food, again, MEH. Some of it is ok. Some of it tastes like dog food. The only reason Im not going into super detail about it is because who really goes to the theater for food? Typically people go for the movie and popcorn. All in all, its ok. Id rather go to this one than the others in town but I do think they could up their game... read more

Loving the new theater in mid-town .... right now it is really the only reason I have to come to the mall. The theater set-up is great, with stadium seating, large, comfortable recliners with tray tables, and plenty of personal space. I'm not sure yet what I think of having reserved seats -- makes a spontaneous movie night with friends a bit difficult -- and it's too bad to see some wear (e.g. broken bathroom stall latches) already, making it seem like this theater was cheaply built. Time will tell how well it holds up, but I'm sure I will enjoy coming here for the occasional movie (and dinner nearby, as restaurants in the new mall start to open up). read more

My only complaint is that I paid ahead for tickets, and paid the extra charge for doing this so that I could reserve my seats. I did not get the seats I reserved and instead got bad seats. The seats are comfortable, but for larger people I think they could be wider. The sound and picture are great. The staff- all very wonderful. read more

Despite the large amount of people that visit this theater and completely ruin the experience, I would always and forever call this place my favorite movie spot. It's always clean, it's always quiet, and the staff is so friendly. I accidentally left $55 in my seat (jokes on me for being a forgetful person) and when I called after hours to see if an employee would go find it for me, an associate named Jose went and searched for my cash, and stashed it in his office so I'd be able to pick it up... props to Jose! Let's face it, the theater world is dying. Theaters such as this one are combating the dying industry by making major improvements to the movie going experience. First of all, the snacks stand serves dinner and lunch items with a wide selection of beer and wine. The theaters themselves are equipped with recliner chairs that can be adjusted by using the switch on the inside right side of the chair. I enjoy how clean the theater is every time I go along with how nice it is to be able to reserve your seat hours before your movie and just show up and sit down. I went to an older theater the other night and it felt weird to have to get there extra early to find a good seat. The pricing is a little bit high compared to competitors in the Denver market but all in all it's a great movie going experience. read more

Nice theater with assigned seating and electric reclining action. I like the variety of food served here and bonus points for having Starbucks and alcohol available. The only weird thing was there is no restroom past the ticket taker. You have to go back out past them to use the facilities then go enter again. It would be nice to have restrooms on the inside. It would also be nice if the food trays could be folded down when not in use but just my opinion. read more

As soon as I walked in I saw a line out the door for popcorn I waited and when I got up to the front i had to wait for the popcorn to be ready due to there lack of preparation and when it was there was no Butter. So I walked to the stand to scan my tickets and there was no one there I waited another 3-4 minutes for them to get to the stand after all of 20 minutes I was seated and ready for the movie. The movie was, good the workers where oblivious I left a pair of head phones there and I called many times I got hung up on once I was put on hold for 15 plus minutes once I had to hang up I called 2 other times on different days and they said they had the head phones and I could come by any time and pick them up I came by they said the didn't think to put them in the lost and found and they had lost them. So many opportunities to get a choice between all their alcohol & it is crazy cool! In some cases you can order your food & a staff member will BRING your food to your assigned seat so you can go hog wild on your chow when the previews start. Crazy comfy leather reclining seats here too & god DAMN they are fanfuckingtastic!! The popcorn with butter on it is just straight up tasty as fuck!! The place is always clean & staffed with folks that really care that you get to your movie before it starts & I appreciate that! so much tasty shit to choose from in terms of snacks & drinks that are all fairly priced. Sometimes i get too drunk at bar louie so i cant drive so instead I stumble on over to the theater & choose a random movie that i have no interest in seeing but those seats in here are so god damn comfy I just fall asleep in the chair & wait for the movie to end then I can drive home.
