Every day chores became 3x harder because the slightest bit of movement caused shooting pain from my lower back down to the back of my right leg. I couldn't even lift my then one year old child without hurting myself. It felt like I had a spine of an 80 year old, at only 22. I saw various specialists and underwent different procedures but nothing helped to improve my back until physical therapy. From day one at this facility, Dale was attentive to my needs and was always encouraging me. I really liked that she challenged me every session and believed in my abilities when I didn't. She is very knowledgeable and helped me in finding ways to improve my posture, movement, sleep position, and home workout. She is also very knowledgeable of the equipments, especially the reformer, which helped me a ton with gaining my strength back. I made a full recovery and now living pain free for almost 2 years. I'm so thankful to Dale for not just giving me my life back, but also for building up my confidence in myself.

After 2 months of seeing Aileen and Danielle, my pain has significantly reduced to the point where some days I feel totally normal! They've both been really candid and great to work with. The Physical Therapists and PTAs are all professional, kind, knowledgeable and worked hard to help me reach my needs and goals. I send a special thank you to Dr. Ben Birley, who is very thoughtful and skilled. He listens, is considerate and personalizes care effectively. I am also grateful to Brinna Heise and Rowan Cummings, who direct exercises specialised to care. The atmosphere at the Springfield clinic is encouraging, lighthearted and supportive. I highly recommend them as a terrific rehabilitative team.

For background, I had three previous knee surgeries on the same knee, over many years. I never had the benefit of this level of PT expertise during previous surgery recoveries. The PT staff are exceptional. They displayed caring and professionalism at each visit. I could was walking with a walker the first day at Jackson Clinic, three days post-surgery. The walker was gone, and I was walking without a cane in short order. I rapidly progressed under their professional guidance. They frequently checked on how I felt from a pain and endurance perspective. They didn't push too hard, but you do have to push yourself. They offered daily encouragement and increased my exercises and stretching commensurate with my abilities and pain level. They were spot on when determining when to increase the level of exercise activity. The facility and equipment were clean and well maintained. I "graduated" yesterday after seventy-one PT sessions over a period of 6 months. I can easily walk 2+ miles without pain in my surgery knee. After PT rehab my surgical leg measured 10% above the average strength for my age. I have regained the majority of my range of motion, and expect additional range to be gained over the next 6 months. A special thanks to Madalyn, Emme, Brenna, Cassie, Sara, Colin, Rowhan, Tracy, Sara, Kiara, Katie, Jordan and the front desk staff. They all worked together as a team, to assure my success. They were amazing. I hope I don't have a PT need again, but if I do, I know where to go. I recommend The Jackson Clinic with no reservation.

And then a friend recommended SPARK. I showed up with tears running down my eyes, my crooked frame and with little hope. After some tests Dr. Kristen diagnosed the issue and after a dry needling session I walked out of there like a human- with my back straight. After the second session my life was back to normal. Hallelujah. A true miracle in my book. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend SPARK Physiotherapy to everyone with any pain. All of the therapists are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Do it- trust me on this one.

After three sessions there to try to treat a shoulder/neck injury, I had not been given any dry needling that I asked for and felt that I was simply being rushed, as my therapist was always trying to move to his next appointment. In one hour with Matt, he found muscles in my shoulder that I didn't even realize were causing me problems and he FIXED THEM. It was literally amazing. By the end of the hour, I had already restored almost the full range of motion of my neck and head. It felt like 3 hours, but it was just an hour to diagnose, treat, and to give me stretches to do at home to prevent soreness. Worth every penny.

Most of the therapists are doing their followership or find a better opportunity and leave. Our child has had 4 new speech therapists in one year. Most of the therapists at Ivy Rehab stick around 4-6 months before leaving. The therapists are actually highly motivated and involved in the sessions. Unfortunately, the consistency is not there at Ivy Rehab. Our child starts building rapport with a therapist only for them to leave. Scheduling is also a nightmare there. You have to call multiple times to get appointments as they're booked solid in the afternoons after 3pm. The front desk staff isn't great. Amil is quite easy to talk to and schedule appointments. On the other hand, Latonya is rude and always has an attitude that you can hear in her tone of voice.
