Customer service at Soma goes above and beyond! This past New Year's, I was determined to wear…read morematching "Pass the Bubbly" pajamas with my mom and sister. Since they already had theirs, I called the local store, and the sales associate (Danielle) found a pair for me and put them aside. When I went to the store to get them, Danielle went to grab them from the back and came back shocked that someone had taken them off the hanger with my name still attached to the hanger. She didn't give up. She and her manager started searching their stores nationwide and sent a message out asking if any stores had them. She apologized several times and told me to expect a call as she was determined to find them for me. That was Friday, Dec. 29th in the afternoon, and by that night, I got a call from a Soma store in Kansas saying that they got Danielle's email and wanted to get the pajamas to me ASAP. I was able to pay over the phone, and as they knew that I wanted them for New Year's Eve to toast the New Year with my mom and sis, they insisted on overnight shipping. I was ready to pay for regular shipping and just get them whenevr, but they were determined. And, they insisted on me not paying for the shipping. Long story short, I didn't get them by NYE due to the holiday weekend, BUT that doesn't change the fact that they tried their tails off. I'm still enjoying the pajamas as they are the softest pajamas I've ever felt. I'm sure ill have future NYE's with my mom and sister to match and drink champagne.
