Tammy helped me with the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process . I called at around 10am to get my two front windows done and she was able to get me in THAT DAY at 3pm due to a cancellation. It took less than an hour and was reasonably priced for the high end tint I received. I also want to point out their very simple online free quote. I was quoted $209 dollars for everything I wanted and payed that EXACT amount at the end. There were zero hidden free or add ons which I really appreciate! I plan to recommend Eclipse to friends and family from now on!!

Everyone was friendly and informative and the ultimate cost matched the estimate. The car was ready in 24 hours. Great turnaround time! So far the craftsmanship looks top notch and I anticipate no issues. Tammy gave me her card and told me to call her if I needed anything. (She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful). Based on my experience so far I have no doubt that they will handle any problems (which I don't anticipate) and will do so promptly and professionally. I'll be back.

Now I know why, these guys are fast, efficient, and professional. You have a full range of shades to choose from, and they can tell you what shade you already have so you don't accidentally repeat if you're planning on lighter or darker. They knocked out my Mazda in less than 45 minutes without taking any shortcuts. They properly removed the old factory tint, cleaned and degreased the glass, and measured, cut, and applied the new tint at the perfect shade. Overall cost was under $300 for all side windows and rear pane. As you can see it's well worth it! Seriously don't bother going anywhere else for tint!

Once you set up an appointment, you show up at the time they tell you to. They over-budget how long it's going to take, typically, from what I understand. They were done in about a half an hour with my car. Did a perfect job. Follow the instructions and you will not have any problems. One note though. There is a Fairfield location listed. That is no longer open. Would I go back? Definitely. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had two front windows done on my small Ford SUV. The cost was $99 plus tax. Using my 10% Yelp coupon, it was just over $90. Not bad for both windows.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that they didn't have a worker to do my install! They rescheduled another appointment and needed a non refundable in case I didn't show or came late? Wait didn't they just do that to me? I guess my time is less important... I arrived on time and they didn't send my car back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They did a good job on the tint but it was a giant waste of time and the person working the desk was not competent. They seems to have issue with employees not coming to work or quitting which is not my problem but they sure made it mine. A person time is the most important thing they have and for me Solar Tint didn't respect mine. I did mention this to the manager but got manager I don't give a care speak... From the time I walked through the to the time I left they were VERY friendly. They had Netflix for me to watch and they took their time to ensure they would end up with a quality outcome. Overall, I am very impressed by the quality of the job they did with my car. Since they took their time, the outcome was A++. The only thing that could've made my experience better would be if they had a way to process debit cards. For right now they are a cash only business. Besides that small convenience factor, I loved my whole time there! I would definitely refer people to go and get their tint done there! They did all the windows of my G6 for $150 with HIGH quality tint and give lifetime warranties! Couldn't ask for better (: I would also like to add that I observed my windows being washed INSIDE and OUT, not once, not twice but THREE times before the tint was applied. I noticed a review that was posted here that stated her tint was dirty, from my personal experience (see photos), that is far from the case. On top of cleaning my windows before application, they also cleaned them afterward. This is about 2 hours after the job has been completed, no bubbles, no dirt, nothing wrong with the tint at all. If a problem arises they told me that I could always come back and get it resolved. No questions asked.

I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.
