I had an unfortunate experience with Blatman Health and Wellness which was related to their…read morebusiness practices. I was charged $600 at the time of my initial visit and was told that a future (second) visit was included... $300 for the first and $300 for the next visit. At the time I thought that practice was odd but I didn't complain, expecting to return at a later date. After several cancellations due to personal conflicts and after researching alternative practices and processes, I decided to go in a different (and what I believe is a better direction) to address my health concerns. When I called to request a credit, I was put on hold, the call dropped, I called back and was transferred to another employee only to find out that there was a different understanding of the credit to be provided. After about an hour, I received a callback from Shane the Business Manager about my request. He indicated that I would only be receiving a $200 credit, not $300 as I expected. After much discussion, he indicated that the $200 credit was final and he would issue a check. I told him I did not agree with this decision and explained that I would be providing a review/ complaint about this business practice. I recommended that the staff should explain this business practice with patients before receiving care so this practice it is clearly understood.

After being sidelined with what I would've called intense sciatica, Dr. Blatman helped me to…read morelargely eradicate my pain. He stripped my fascia and gave me targeted trigger point massage, and I was stunned to be able to hop off of the table with very little lingering pain. He taught me physical techniques to continue reducing pain on my own, as well as healing my inflammation with better diet. I've found both Dr. Blatman and the team of assistants receptive to thoughtfully answering questions and giving guidance. My experience has been a pain healing solution, and I solidly recommend this clinic.

Never received call back on findings. 2.5 days later, I'm double over with SEVERE BACK PAIN. Squaded out again with stroke level BP, and "20" pain level. Rude nurses, no compassion relieving pain. Received diagnosis of type of infection like it was no big deal, and by this time because of my history I was thinking infection included stones or traveled to kidneys. Then I was "out of it" mentally because it's normal to be outta your mind under those conditions and my age. Then they changed the "script" and turned a voluntary pain induced ER visit into a 72 hour hold! I was held hostage and not given my patient rights and ignored my caretakers opinions. Condescending awful group of so called professionals. And when I spoke up after the meds were finally given, I got another ride to a psychiatric hospital. Oh and they lost my clothes.
