They sent me the e-mail with the translation by Wednesday and by Friday, today, I got my hard copies . Then Thursday , yesterday,I found out that I needed the translation of my citizenship certificate . So I sent the picture of the documents and Friday, today , I got the e-mail with the translation , which is May 11 2018. I am pretty sure Tuesday I will get my hard copy . This is an excellent company to work with. I needed a document translated from English to Spanish, and Cinch Translation did an excellent job on a Sunday for a very reasonable price and well within the 24 hours I was quoted. When I got the document back, I discovered I had omitted a very important sentence in my emailed document to them. I was SCAMMED by them and I want my money back. The customer service was slow and was promised 24 hours for a document. They ended up taking a long time, and it never was delivered.
