They now say they are Fiduciaries, but routine tax preparation or standard accounting services do not in themselves create a fiduciary relationship, though they still require professional care.

They then didn't respond to phone calls or emails. I went to the office during office hours but it was closed. I eventually had to find another accountant to do my taxes. I definitely don't recommend using them.
