A few weeks later, rec'd a phone call saying it was complete and come pick up. Get to the front desk and the receptionist has me sign two forms and says the charge is $650. I asked her to confirm that price and came back and said that "is our rate". Sure wish I would have been told that up front. To their credit, the CPA I had appeared very knowledgeable but WAY OVER PRICED. FOUR FORMS at $650. I feel priced gouged. And the CPA never came out to explain what was done or why the price is so high. And yes, I have used CPA's before and NEVER got an invoice this high for so little work done. Good firm but expect HIGH fees. Would have given them 5 stars but their high fees dropped them down to 3 stars.

I was enlightened to many lies Terri Dalliare told me to push off the blame on an employee. I did not hire this firm to have uncertified persons doing my taxes but yet this is what was confirmed to me by Terri Dalliare herself! Lost paperwork lost contracts. No billing to show a breakdown of what I was charged for after numerous requests. Volunteer quarterly taxes given to me by the third quarter! Zero communication from Terri Dalliare except to blame the office employees! And a big hefty bill to boot!
