No pushing me to several departments, no stress, just getting the job done as positive and efficiently as possible. Being from SC, I was not familiar with Florida's 4 point inspection, he explained it and referred someone who was out the next day. So glad I found this no hassle/no stress insurance agency.

She left an estate that was complicated by her lack of records as to the 2005 basis of some individual stocks my brother and I sold, as successor trustees of one of her trusts, after her death. Although I had worked as a tax attorney at the U.S. Dept. of Justice at the beginning of my legal career, Cori MacDonald, CPA, of Wiley & Wiley offered extremely valuable input and corrections as to my calculations that saved the trust a great deal of money. Wiley & Wiley has been prompt and efficient at every turn, and has always responded quickly to my calls and emails. I have found their fees very reasonable based on my own experience. Just under $700.00 more than three times what I paid in the past. Lee never met me in person he only spoke to me over the phone had told me I could drop the papers and documents at his office. When all was said and done he filed a 1040 and a couple of state tax returns where I owed a total of 8-12 dollars. I went in to pick up the return and again Lee did not even stick his head out (Probably because of his shame). They just handed me my packet and a bill for $695.00. At first I thought maybe my old CPA friend was just taking care of me all these years and then I followed up with another firm and they were flabbergasted over his charges as well. Did they file my taxes... Yes. Did I get Audited...No. Will I ever do business with Lee or the Wiley, Wiley firm again NO. Will I recommend them to anyone in my sphere of influence during my lifetime...NO, I will tell them what Lee did to me and how he treated me. I don't know what else to say except Lee you are a dirt bag and a thief in my opinion. By the way I had my taxes done by another firm this year and the bill was less than $200,00.

I find the closest location to me and go there with all of the documents necessary to do the transaction. I am instantly told that I cannot do it because the home I am purchasing is in Marion County and this is Sumter County, according to the snide young woman behind the counter. Knowing this is a lie, I tell her I am supposed to be able to register my tag in any county regardless of where I live. Looking somewhat surprised that I knew that fact, she then says oh, that's right, but you're gonna have to wait behind all the people who are from Sumter County and you're gonna be here all day. I'm not sure if the tax collector or the young lady behind the counter realizes it but, this is a state tag not a county tag.

Another lawyer stalled and predicted problems, but Adam Czaya took my call, explained in clear terms what was needed and promptly put things in order which cleared the sale. Though I'm a lawyer myself, I knew nothing about Florida probate law; Adam and the firm were terrific, doing only what was necessary, explaining every step of the way. We did not lose the house sale. His bill was entirely reasonable. Six months later, a surprise asset surfaced - again, Adam was there for us, handling it efficiently, professionally all at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Adam Czaya and his firm.

I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks.
