After hearing me complain about yet another terrible visit to my high-priced salon, my friend suggested I try Schura. I only wish I would have found Diana Schura 1 year ago!!!! She has brought my hair back to health (it was quite damaged by the lack of care at the previously mentioned salon) and, most importantly, I HAVE BEAUTIFUL BLONDE highlights again!!!! Diana is very professional, friendly and is a great listener to my needs; she is also confident with her profession and can tell me when she disagrees with my perceived wants/needs. I ALWAYS leave her salon with beautifully styled hair and a bounce in my step, I feel THAT good when I leave! Diana is amazing. My husband is a customer of Matthias, the other stylist in the salon, and he is meticulous with his work!

His blow dry will last for days until you wash your hair. I once had extensions put in and it was super comfortable, lasted all night and I didn't feel I had any in. They also responded with false claims about what was communicated in the email thread between us, which I have since reviewed to be sure I had not misunderstood. I was correct the first time. Also, they claim that they do not charge for new customers, yet it was their lash tech who told me (twice) I'd be charged as a new customer when I was there for my service. Really disappointing and unethical service.

Similar to what a previous reviewer commented, I also received one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Everyone at ticro is super polite and friendly, unlike some hip salons I've visited in the past. The stylists are incredibly patient, and truly take the time to understand what kind of cut you are asking for and to deliver the hair of your dreams. With one minor trim, my ticro cut looked amazing for 6 months. Ticro is so underhyped. I want to move back to Berlin just so I can be closer to ticro again.

The feeling I got from being there was that I was an annoyance. I also felt everything was money focused. I went in for extensions but she convinced me to get a closure aswell. The extensions were done well but the closure looked ridiculous like a big bump on my head. For the closure I had to pay €200 and when I asked her if I could return it she said no and to sell it on eBay. I even offered to sell it back to her for €50. I really wasn't impressed by this and went to eBay to check prices of closures which were usually €40. I felt a bit ripped off somehow. Also she got weird with me at periods in the conversation. Don't know how to explain it but you want to feel happy when you leave a salon and not like someone did you a massive favour by enduring you and doing your hair. I will be fair though she does seem to have a lot of experience. Just do your research first!!
