Horrible, snooty, rude and shockingly poor customer service. If you want vapes that have been sitting longer than the shelf life or defective ones, come here. They knowingly sell defective products and offer zero mitigation nor politeness. With so much competition around, this place will tank on its own especially with an associate like Sakira. Okay, here's my story from earlier today: I go into the shop and ask for a bottle of a particular vape juice brand. The guy grabs a bottle off the shelf and tells the (outrageous) price. I give him a credit card and the guy runs my card and gives me the receipt for signature and shows me the bottle. The bottle he shows me isn't the brand I asked for and I tell him I don't want it and to issue a refund. The guy talks to his co-worker, and then makes a phone call. He comes back and tells me he can't issue a refund and that I can pick another juice. I tell him I don't want another, and to just give me the number to the store owner. He says he can't give me the number. I ask the employee for his name, and he also refuses to tell me. The guy points out their "no refund" policy, but I never left the premises or even touched the bottle he pulled off the shelf. In summary, I was charged $28 for walking into this shady AF vape store. I didn't take the juice I didn't want, and they wouldn't give me my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

Went there so I could get shisha and ended up getting scammed. Besides the fact that they charge almost three dollars more than every other shop in the area, the cashier can't do basic math despite the register doing it for him. First my total was $22 then somehow it jumped to $28. I said whatever, my bf and I were in a rush, so I hand him $40. The cashier gives me back $6. I told him that was wrong so he handed me another $5 dollar bill. I asked for a receipt that for some reason had not been given to me yet and saw that my total and the change still did not add up to what was in my hand. In the end I ended up getting the proper amount of change but I was most certainly not be going there again anytime soon. I don't know what the dude's deal was but maybe just let the computer help you from now on. I'm sure they've done this before. read more

I have always been a loyal here and never had an issues. today I ran in on my lunch break and a new employee I had never met completely ignored a line of people while on a personal call. The experience ate up my entire available time and by the time I left she still wouldn't even acknosledge the line of customers. This will be my last visit, with the huge variety of shops in the area I don't know why anyone would waste their time. read more

I'm leaving a review for cigar and vapes in Lorton. I've lived in Lorton my whole life. I was so excited to hear of a vape shop opening so close to home! But it always sucked. Sold shitty glass. Used to not sell cigarillo wrappers (now they do for 1.49 even tho it says .99 on the packaging...) the employees are friendly but the manager doesn't allow refunds at all. Even tho the employee agreed with me that I was sold a faulty product, his manager didn't allow him to refund me or replace it. This store has always been a shitty one, but it was so close to home that I just sucked it up. But after selling me an expensive faulty product and not offering any sort of help about it I'm just done giving them my business all together. I've been to a few vape stores in the area, and here they were absolutely the nicest and most helpful. The guy who helped me (I wished I remembered his name!) was fantastic. I'm pretty new to this vape thing, and I didn't feel pressured to buy stuff I didn't need or want, which can happen way too often in vape stores. Their glass pipe selection was also pretty nice, not very extensive, but what they did have was unique and interesting. I will be returning! read more

Didn't want to do this. But it's time. I used to enjoy coming to this place back in 2018. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Let's fast forward to now. I purchased some shisha. I had an incident earlier this year where it was 2 months expired. Didn't see it as a big deal. I exchanged it for one that was not, and I observed them look through and discard some of the others. Before that, bought an electronic hookah in 2019, broke In under a month. Against my better judgement came back in this weekend. Purchased the al fakher, along with coconut coals. 2 of my packs had expired in 2018. It is the end of 2020, how is this possible? I called to inform them as such, and was told I could come in and speak to the manager. Apparently, it was meant they will call the manager, but you hear nothing of the conversation or have any input. I was informed I could exchange it, but no refund because they don't have a return policy. 2+ year old expired shisha can cause serious damage. Trust me the concussion I got is no joke. But there is no care or concern for the customer. Be careful and check everything before you leave. Whether or not they are at fault, you will get nothing. I don't think it was taken off the shelf. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU STILL SHOP HERE. Should be some law against this. Check your products more frequently. People shouldn't have to face serious medical incidents to enjoy whatever activity you choose. I went back to the store to find out what went wrong, and the store employee refused to do anything other than offer a "I'm sorry." Very poor customer service.
