Big time customer service ignorance today. My friend and I come here many times a month, for many years. We spend over $150-$200 a month on cigars here. Today we got to this place at 9:30am to get the leather sofa and watch the Steeler game. The young guy working there told us we had to leave because the other patrons wanted to watch the Viking game. There are 4 other TV's that the Viking game was on, by the way. This was never an issue when other guys work there, but today this young kid caved in to the mob. It's first come first serve, and we came 3 hours early to get the spot. These other patrons came at game time and forced us out of the room. What the fuck was that??? We deserve an apology BIG time!!!! The owner better step up. He's going to lose 3 customers and about $3000-$4000 a year from us. read more

Though somebody did reach out to us and offer us free cigars to come back we simply can't forgive the employee who embarrassed us that day. My crew does not want to go there ever again due to this employee. The lack of sympathy and this employee to apologize is probably the biggest reason of not going back. I would like to thank the owner for reaching out to us but it simply is hard to overcome the embarrassment caused by this employee. read more

This is a pretty kickass cigar place located in Minnetonka. Since the big cigar store in Uptown closed, there are few places like this around. They have two humidors and a great selection of brands. They also have no-brand and house brands that were great and a great value. The staff provides great service and is very knowledgeable. It is well worth it to make the trip from Minneapolis out here. read more

These guys helped make the event very memorable - providing a reserved area for the event, helping pick out the best cigars and donating a few cigars items to the gift box that will be sent out soon. Cigar Jones is a bit off the beaten path for me, but it has become a place that on the wekeends I seek refuge from the storm that can be raising young kids. Mark at the counter is a very friendly and helpful cigar guide and this place seems to want to win over customers to become "regulars" and I mean that more than just garnering repeat business. A fine cigar shop here west of Minneapolis! Great selection and environment. I was greeted in of two of the walk in humidors by one of the owners that talked to me about what I liked and suggested a cigar from a company I love but had not yet tried their latest release. While paying for my cigar the owner introduced me to the regulars in the lounge and welcomed me to enjoy my cigar anywhere in the shop. Unfortunately, I had some calls to make so I couldn't sit with the regulars this time around but I found a quiet corner to spark up and enjoy my smoke and the awesome music that was being played throughout the shop, not so loud that I couldn't hear my call but just loud enough the regulars couldn't hear my private conversations. Enjoyed my experience tremendously. ***Don't be surprised that you will pay a hefty price for your favorite smokes here or anywhere in Minnesota because of the tobacco tax. read more
