It is a small Cigar Shop with a series of little cloister seating areas. Excellent selection of cigars. It is a good place to hang out.

Everything they have is high quality at a reasonable price. Have confidence in purchasing their hand rolled cigars. Purchase one of their humidors. Superior to the old box versions. Cigar Jones - Great stick !! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Wayzata, Minnesota

I have been visiting Cigar Jones for many years; as many other reviews have noted, the humidor is always well stocked and there is an excellent selection. For me personally, Mike and Todd have truly created warm and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the best of cigar culture. Even if the chairs weren't comfortable and humidor wasn't always fully stocked with the best I'd come in for the camaraderie. read more

Big time customer service ignorance today. My friend and I come here many times a month, for many years. We spend over $150-$200 a month on cigars here. Today we got to this place at 9:30am to get the leather sofa and watch the Steeler game. The young guy working there told us we had to leave because the other patrons wanted to watch the Viking game. There are 4 other TV's that the Viking game was on, by the way. This was never an issue when other guys work there, but today this young kid caved in to the mob. It's first come first serve, and we came 3 hours early to get the spot. These other patrons came at game time and forced us out of the room. What the fuck was that??? We deserve an apology BIG time!!!! The owner better step up. He's going to lose 3 customers and about $3000-$4000 a year from us. read more

I'm sorry, we are unable to forgive what happened to my crew while there. Though somebody did reach out to us and offer us free cigars to come back we simply can't forgive the employee who embarrassed us that day. My crew does not want to go there ever again due to this employee. The lack of sympathy and this employee to apologize is probably the biggest reason of not going back. I would like to thank the owner for reaching out to us but it simply is hard to overcome the embarrassment caused by this employee. read more

This is a pretty kickass cigar place located in Minnetonka. Since the big cigar store in Uptown closed, there are few places like this around. They have two humidors and a great selection of brands. They also have no-brand and house brands that were great and a great value. The staff provides great service and is very knowledgeable. It is well worth it to make the trip from Minneapolis out here. read more

Well-stocked humidor, comfortable chairs, friendly staff, and friendly customers. One can't ask for more from a cigar lounge. I'll be back.

Friendly, local, always someone to talk with. Great staff and the best place to hang in the cities. Todd, Mike and Noah are the best. People who have left a negative post are trolls, pay no attention. read more

I'm fairly new to the cigar seen, so by no means am I an aficionado, but the staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very informative. It was a great experience. Plus, the people, ambiance, and nature of the store was just all around wonderful. I'll definitely be back. read more

Awesome. I had a small group of friends meet at Cigar Jones to celebrate a birthday for my son who is currently deployed. These guys helped make the event very memorable - providing a reserved area for the event, helping pick out the best cigars and donating a few cigars items to the gift box that will be sent out soon. Even their customers got involved. Cigar Jones offers an enormous variety of Cigars in there multiple humidor rooms. They'll provide professional and personal attention to selecting the perfect cigar for the novice smoker to the most experienced. The environment is fun, comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting Cigar Jones. read more

Unbelievable experience especially for first time to beginner smokers like myself. A nice friendly welcoming vibe that allows you to be normal around a bunch of regulars to the shop, have a conversation and have an amazing cigar selection at choice. Todd and Mike know what there talking about and have not let me down making the experience something worth the time, that will bring me back many more times to come. read more

Cigar Jones is a bit off the beaten path for me, but it has become a place that on the wekeends I seek refuge from the storm that can be raising young kids. Mark at the counter is a very friendly and helpful cigar guide and this place seems to want to win over customers to become "regulars" and I mean that more than just garnering repeat business. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy and each time I've visited I get the feeling that I am welcome to just sit down for a few hours, unwind and enjoy a choice cigar. read more

A fine cigar shop here west of Minneapolis! Great selection and environment. I was greeted in of two of the walk in humidors by one of the owners that talked to me about what I liked and suggested a cigar from a company I love but had not yet tried their latest release. While paying for my cigar the owner introduced me to the regulars in the lounge and welcomed me to enjoy my cigar anywhere in the shop. Unfortunately, I had some calls to make so I couldn't sit with the regulars this time around but I found a quiet corner to spark up and enjoy my smoke and the awesome music that was being played throughout the shop, not so loud that I couldn't hear my call but just loud enough the regulars couldn't hear my private conversations. Enjoyed my experience tremendously. ***Don't be surprised that you will pay a hefty price for your favorite smokes here or anywhere in Minnesota because of the tobacco tax. read more
