It felt very unsafe due to the extreme crowds and the constant pressure from people asking for money. Carrying a purse or personal belongings was nerve-racking the entire time. This is not a place I would recommend for shopping, especially if you're not familiar with the area or traveling with valuables. However, there are many other great stores one street before you reach San Juan de Dios with plenty of options to browse and shop in a much calmer environment. I strongly recommend going there instead.

My experience was great all around, but do keep that in mind to prevent issues.

Estoy totalmente decepcionado de sus precios tan altos. El precio del Jamón Corona de pierna cuesta $280 y $260 de pavo Siempre realizo mis compras en cremería los Altos pero quince cambiar. En cremería Los Altos el precio del Jamón Corona de pierna es de $200 el kg y el de pavo $ 190. Estoy de acuerdo que exista una diferencia en precios de un lugar a otro. Pero la diferencia que te cobran en cremería La Cotijence es plenamente exagerado. Son $80 pesos de diferencia de un lugar a otro. Eso es robar al consumidor.
