Called my order in like I always do for cinnamon rolls & M pep with xtra cheese and I can honestly say. They have it hot & ready to go in 10mins. Since Jacksonville ( LRAFB ) location has been shut down I have been driving out the way to NLR. Nice service, they do they job & after coming so much, they ALREDY know who I am and what I want, I like that they pay attention to detail. Keep it up NLR CICI, please bring cici back to Jacksonville,Ar read more

The food is terrible. The pizzas are thin and very light on the toppings. The pasta tastes like something from the 70's dumped out of an oversized can. read more

Been coming here every time I visit Little Rock. Is just going downhill. before it was clean. Atmosphere was great and presentation of food was nice. Now it is dirty, all over. Bathrooms stink badly as well. The quality of the pizza is lo longer there. My kids don't even go for second rounds anymore. I had to do the review because I felt this time was enough! read more

Let me start off by saying I know what I'm going into whenever I go to a cicis pizza. The food, was genuinely so terrible the night I went. Somehow it didn't even taste like pizza. It was just genuinely awful. The workers looked miserable, and it was so dirty inside, that we didn't know if there was even a clean place to sit. Maybe they will fix it one day but for now, I wouldn't recommend it at all. The price for the buffet here with a drink is around the same for Larrys buffet with a water, so I would just recommend Larry's. read more

The staff and manager are amazing here! They went above and beyond to help our family out. Thank you so much we were there June 14, 2024. Definitely will be back!! read more

Food was ok, place had an old dirty feel to it. Salad bar was empty of lettuce, cheese, ranch. The soft drinks were almost $3.50!

The worst example of a "pizza" food is terrible! They don't even put sauce on the pizza. Service is horrible! Ambiance is like a dirty Chuck E. Cheese. read more

This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. There's not many options when it comes to pizza and chances are it's soggy, please don't even get me started on the atmosphere. I had to clean my own table to sit down, every single table was dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since 2010, if you're looking for a good lawsuit visit here cuz you'll slip and break your neck on their gross floors. Definitely not worth spending your money on. read more

#152 NLR-Lakeland Village. I came here around 12:15pm and almost missed it because of all the big trees in front of the restaurant. Then the glass entrance was dirty as well as unkempt (salad bar and a few table) on the inside. I asked an employee for an Hawaiian pizza and waited at a table. I thought he would bring me the pizza like they do at the Hot Springs location, but he announced it over a speaker (I guess), but I never heard him because of the kids. So other patrons had eaten the pizza I ordered. The cashier/manager and I had a few words and he threatened to ask me to leave and that he would call the cops because he thought I was disrespectful. But he was the one disrespecting me as a senior so I told him to call the cops and I waited at a table. A female employee tried to calm him down. I eventually left and will never return. Worst pizza experience ever. read more

The place is dirty, employees are on their cell phones, pizza is burn and discussing. They need a real Manager ASAP. No COVID care

Can't complain about the food and service... staff is friendly, we always call out order to go. But I do love the cinnamon rolls, they are !!! You should try them when they are fresh, they are soft like butter .. but I do miss the Jacksonville,Arkansas location... I don't like driving to NLR. But this location does have it busy moments, one minute there's one family sitting down and eating 3mins later you got about 10 families walking and you be like well it's time to go, I always take my hand sanitizer with me cause the other ppl don't care what they touch after they cough and pick their noses, ijs read more

The brownies are not cooked all the way through and are really cold.I was so disgusted and I never had this problem in Jacksonville AR. read more

I enjoy a good Cicis. I go for the pasta Alfredo & wide variety of pizza & desserts. Cinnamon rolls are awesome. I was a little disappointed in the fact they only offer military (they deserve it!) but no senior discounts at this particular Cicis. read more

If I could give this location a 0 star, I would. I just got done eating here (well attempting to eat here) and nothing was good. It was old and disgusting. Had no flavor. The only "good" thing about here was the soda and the packaged crackers. I attempted to eat the pizza but it made me nauseous. They give you the smallest little cup of cheese, which wouldn't be so bad except for the salad is just a plain salad with no meat or egg options. There was flies and nats flying around. The workers were on their phone the whole damn time. No customer service at all. This place is one of the worst. We will not be coming back to this location ever again. read more

My children, husband and I came to enjoy some pizza and deserts. The women's restroom absolutely stunk. The floors were not in great condition. Most of the food was cold. We are extremely disappointed with the environment. My husband continuously had to ask for fresh food. The only remotely decent food were a few fresh cinnamon rolls (Yet again my husband had to ask for them to be made). We will not be wasting our hard earned money on this location ever again. read more

Went to cc today at around 630 7 o'clock the place was so disgusting people were talking about getting their money back the floor was covered in food the tables were disgusting the counters were horrible with food they didn't start cleaning until about 702 so bad enough me and a Nother customer took a video of the conditions the store was then definitely dissatisfied definitely calling corporate in the store manager tomorrow morning all I have to say they must live like that if they're gonna leave the store like that never again will I eat there with my family read more

Haven't been here in a few years...my fiancé chose to go here...wasn't really busy but the food was good I will say that. They consistently put out fresh pizzas and desserts..if u have a certain pizza you want they will also make that for you..they also have wings which I saw on their website those are not on the buffet but according to the website they will also make those for you if u request them. Overall it was good so we will be trying it again. read more

Nasty nasty nasty. This place is gross. The pizza is cheap, the interior is run down and it's very dirty. No way will I go back to this place. read more

Well you get what you pay for. The food was ok and the atmosphere the same. Can't ask for much when the bar is low to start.

I'm never disappointed when I eat there. Great variety of pizzas, i just love their marinara sauce, they'll cook you your own pizza if you don't see one that you like. There's a little arcade room for the kids, they really hustle there; and It's all you can eat, for less than ten bucks, one of the best deals you're gonna find in this town. read more
