Listen, sometimes you forget to eat until 2pm. When that happens, a buffet is a great option every now and then. Welcome to the least gluten-free and lactose-intolerant friendly one of the bunch. They have wifi and outlets at every table along the walls. They have this fun arcade set up in the back and a separate room for more games. Their bathrooms are super clean! Staff are nice. They have four sections: pasta bar, salad bar, pizza bar, and deserts. I typically start with veggies and always get beets because I love them. I usually get pasta salad as well! If you like low sauce thin crust, this is the place for you. They have several options, but all use the same crust. It isn't thin crust, but basically ends up being that. Here are the types of pizza: cheese, pepperoni, supreme, Alfredo, buffalo chicken, 3 meat, garlicky spinach (my favorite), pep+jalapeno, Mac and cheese. They also have cheesy breadsticks which are kind of fire. Their desserts are decent, but kind of one-and-done: they are very sweet. One is basically apple pie pizza and another basically vanilla pudding pizza. They have cinnamon rolls and brownies too. The cinnamon rolls were the only one I didn't try because they looked like they had been there awhile. Me and my hubby came in late Tuesday night. It was about an hour and a half before close and due to our combined years of experience working in the restaurant , we knew to keep our expectations realistic. We expected limited buffet options and understood why. This was not the case. We walked in and we were quickly greeted by Adrian, noticing she was the only one working. This didn't stop her from being an exceptional host, asking us right away if there are any favorites we would like tonight, so that she could make them for us if they weren't already available. She happily made a fresh macaroni pizza just for us, and was more than accommodating to the only guests in the store- me and my husband. The night shift is very incompetent to run the shift without a manager, its a bunch of kids in there that were pre-closing the restaurant down 2 and a half hour earlier that what they are supposed to. Normally pizza comes out at a steady pace but tonight one pizza per 30 minutes was placed on display with over 15 people in the place to have to share. They cleaned the entire serving place in the back and never placed anything else there. No apple pie, no desert made nothing! Very disappointed in this Cici's. Worse experience i have ever had here. They had little regard for our concerns with the excessive wait time. Its like 6 people there but they only had 1 older hispanic lady making pizza. Everyone else was standing around or cleaning while we look dumb waiting an hour for pizza at a buffet... The salad bar was completely picked over and barely anything left. Yahir was the cashier he was very attitud-ish and rude when we wanted our money back. Everyone that worked tonight was apparently ready to go and didn't care what any of the customer's say. In early October we stopped at this Cici's to grab some dinner after a long car ride. This particular location is smaller than others we have been to before, but the staff was polite and they made sure to keep the pizza buffet fully stocked. The dining area was very clean, and the man whose role it was to grab the dirty dishes and clean the tables was extremely polite. We enjoyed talking with him after we had our meal. The bathrooms here were clean but a bit warn down and it was nice to see that they had a small arcade area near the back of the restaurant that was useful for keeping some of the children in the store entertained while their family was finishing up their meals. In the end, this was a great place to stop for dinner and we wish that they had some Cici's locations near our area. read more

This five star review is only for the CiCi's on 5735 Nolensville Pike, because there's definitely a significant difference between locations. This has always been our favorite CiCi's because it's always busy and the pizza is fresh. The management and employees at this location actually seem to care, and you can always count on the "Welcome to CiCi's" greeting every time you walk in the door. This location draws a lot of families and is usually pretty crowded. They have tables only and no booths, and you can move tables together if needed for a larger party. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. This location has two food bars that are always full with fresh food. The main bar has soup, pizza, and salad. The smaller bar has pizza and dessert. They always have a great selection available, and you can order a specific pizza if you wish.They also have a beverage station for unlimited refills. I love the white pizza with the alfredo sauce, and the Bavarian cream dessert pizza is addicting. If they don't have the pizza you like on the food bars, just ask and they'll make what you want. The salad and toppings are always fresh, and the soups are pretty good as well. There's nothing fancy about this location, but it's the management and employees that make the difference here. Everyone benefits from the high amount of traffic coming into this location, and you'll have plenty of fresh pizza from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. This is our favorite CiCi's location, and this affordable family friendly restaurant is well deserving of a five star rating. read more

I'm a big fan of CiCi's but he's never been to this location. I could not have been more disappointed. When we walked in, there were dirty dishes covering more than half of the empty tables. We were one of only a few parties in the restaurant but had trouble finding a seat since so many tables were covered in dirty dishes. The food had obviously been sitting out for a while. The customer service was horrible and the workers behind the counter were constantly arguing and yelling at each other. I will never go back. read more

I rarely give low reviews but really, this place was not great. We went 4/10/17 at 6pm. I'll do pros and cons. Pros: variety of pizzas and dessert pizzas came out relatively fast, fresh and for what you're paying, not terribly tasting. The busser never stopped moving our entire visit. I think he even had a break while we were there but you couldn't tell. Tables were always clean, plates were always cleared quickly. Management needs to give him a raise. He was polite and good at his job; guest service skills were on point. (Also pro: people watching is a sport here. Truly.) Cons: the guys making the pizzas yelling at the girl who was supposed to be on buffet duty, it seemed. She wore one glove and frequently stood around and just stared down little kids. I never saw her change the one glove. When I saw her touch multiple food items without the gloved hand I decided to be done. Our visit lasted about 30-45 minutes and I never once saw anyone wipe down the buffets. No sanitizer sprays, buckets or towels ever to be seen. And definitely not cleaned under the pizzas, not the counters, not the glass... not very good. I'm sure all of this contributed to my horrific food poisoning and puking up the pizzas later. The floor was a mess, just dirty everywhere, napkins and such every place you looked. The bathroom was super gross and the stalls wouldn't lock or close. I will not return. Unsanitary conditions, mostly unhappy workers, and getting sick from food does not equal 5 stars to me. And not one manager in sight overseeing this place. Tip to management: get out in front of the house. See what your guests see. Give your employees incentives to do better, appreciate them for working in such a place and overall just do better. Eating at CiCi's is the pizza version of trick-or-treating as a kid- you eventually hit a point where you don't even care what you're grabbing for anymore just as long as you walk away with your arms full. Cici's is just what you'd expect: pretty good pizza, and plenty if it. At lunch on a Saturday, the place is infested (sorry, auto correct - I meant "blessed") with what seems like thousands of children. But the crew kept the pizza coming. To their credit, they tried to get creative with pizza. The bacon cheddar pizza was not bad. Spinach Alfredo, OK. But the best were the different varieties of pepperoni pizza, especially the square thin crust. And the hot cinnamon rolls were excellent... if you're quick enough to nab some. It's a Pizza Buffet and they are generally busy. They shout "Welcome to CiCi's as you come in and also say "Good Bye" as you leave. It's an older location, so it looks old. However, I have never seen it dirty even after a Lunch Rush. The Pizza's are fresh and warm and if you like they will make you your own Pizza with your favorite toppings. It doesn't take long for them to bring it to your table. I frequent this location often when I can sneak away from work. If you want Gourmet Pizza this is not your place. I wish I could give this place a zero but there is no zero rating me and my family was in there on 07/05/2021 for supper and they had no sweet tea made and they had black bugs in there pasta bowls and the was letting the dessert pizza fall on a dirty hot table and then did not throw the dessert pizza away after I confronted them about that they said people will still eat it that they did not have to throw it away then I confronted the manager and she said it was close to them closing and she said she didn't think it was necessary to throw it away when I confronted her about the bugs in the bowls she just wiped it out with her hands and put it back in the stack of bowls she then went and wiped the counters that had food on them with a dirty brown towel that looks like it was never washed all day it was a disgusting experience I wish I could upload the pictures I took so you could see just how bad it was I have contacted the Local health department from nashville tn to check it out but I think more people that are reading this should call also read more

My friend and I went in on 01/12/19 and they didn't have all the pizzas other cici's usually have, instead of making fresh pizza they just add different pizzas together, and the manager was preparing dough with no gloves on. I never write reviews but after seeing the manager not wearing gloves that disgust us so we left upset. read more
