A manager by the name of Nicole gave us the most utterly disgusting attitude not even a minute into stepping into the restaurant. As soon as we walked in she was berating one of her employees and treating her like a child for a simple mistake. She had no shame in showing that she's upset, also horrendously immature for her position as manager. I feel bad for all the employees who have to put up with her daily. As a truck driver, I eat in many fast-food restaurants. I had stopped going to CiCi's after several really 'dirty' places. I decided to eat at this location sand was VERY surprised!! Not only was the restroom clean (very unusual these days), but the food was hot, clean and neatly displayed. The dining room has a nice gentleman (Greg) keeping it spotless. This is the dirtiest Cici's I have ever been to. It's my grandsons favorite place (a different location) so since we passed it it thought we would give it a try. The keyboard at the cash register is covered in soot. The windows are covered with nasty fingerprints. The bathroom is in need of a uhaul - not only are two of the three stall doors broken but it was filthy and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. Yeah, I love Cici's. I am ashamed to admit how much I love it. It's not fancy at all, and the pizza is not fabulous pizza; however, for less than $15, two grown folks can get their bellies full of cheesy deliciousness. It's fast, dirty, and ultimately satisfying...kind of like a peep show in its way. The place is overrun with children usually, as I guess families really appreciate the ability to feed a whole horde of folks this cheaply. And like everywhere with kids, it sometimes means that things are messy, spilled, loud, and sticky...but when you're eating as much pizza and cinnamon rolls as your heart can desire, it's hard to complain. A night of Cici's paired with a dollar movie (or a $.25 movie on Monday nights) is a dream date in these economic times. read more

My grandparents are visiting us for the holidays. My grandma has been craving a trip here so I decided to take her. My husband hung out with my grandpa and they went somewhere else. My grandparents are simple so they like the basic stuff. This location got a major face lift. Everything inside was completely remodeled. The renovation did them well! It's night and day compared to how it was about a year ago. The staff was super friendly. The dining area was clean. The bar was clean. My grandma requested a certain pizza and the cook made it for her. It's basic cheap pizza. But she liked it and that's all that mattered. She said the soup had a great taste with nice flavoring. Where it says good for kids, is probably due to the fact they have been there a few hours with their parents awaiting the next meal. The pizza is sub par to say the least. That is only if a sneezing, unattended child hasn't jumped you for it yet in the line. If they do you can't say anything because they more than likely do no speak English and nobody in their party is watching them anyway. Unfortunately my children like to eat here due to the desert pizzas which make me return and watch all the others run rampant. Shouldn't complain for $5.99, there are starving children in Africa who would consider this a feast but this place is not worth $5.99 in America, especially "pizza". I've been coming on and off for the last 10 years & its progressively gotten worse. Management is a mess, don't have a decent variety (not everything needs pepperonis on it) & the amount of toppings has gotten significantly less and less throughout the years to the point where it's 75% pizza tough & & 25% toppings. You really pay $5.99 to eat crusty pizza dough with sauce on it. The majority of the food is dry and inedible & the staff just leave it out instead of making more pizzas when the restaurant is 45% full. Brownies shouldn't be the only dessert option on a Saturday afternoon also. Also, it's not necessary for the tables busters to roll around every few minutes asking "Can I have your plates" while your in the middle of eating. Got here at 11:30 and pizza is cold on the line. Ranch stuck in bottle can hardly get any out. When we came in the door there was no one up front to greet us we waited for about 5mins. The pasta is over cooked. Very mushy. You can't tell who's the manager on duty because they all look like they don't care about there job. Or what they are putting out for the customers. They were out of pasta for 15 minutes and by the time they brought it the sauce was cold (don't they have Warner's or hot water to keep the sauces hot?!) the pizza was constantly out and they made a ton of pepperoni ones, different types of pepperoni ones but I don't care for pepperoni. I probably should have known better. After all, buffets, especially inexpensive ones, generally serve a lot of low quality slop using the lowest quality ingredients imaginable which is how they can still make money. With Cici's though I figured that pizza when you get right down to it is not all that expensive, especially when it's done high volume with conveyor ovens. I thought perhaps the low price was on account of economy of scale. Partially that might be true. The pizza is terrible though. This is like 2.5 yuan tube of toothpaste bad (in the sense that you could never imagine before that standards of quality could sink that low). The cheese even has kind of an artificial taste like it's processed cheese. The pasta was supposed to have alfredo sauce, but it's been discontinued. What they had was basically watered down pizza sauce to pour over your macaroni. The garlic breadsticks with cheese were quite good and I thought that the dessert pizza which is kind of an apple crisp on a pizza crust was not that bad either. It's five bucks and with a coupon it comes with the drink included but really you're getting what you pay for. Don't be a cheapskate and fork over a bit more for a decent meal. read more

I've been eating here since I was a little kid, every time without fail the food has been great but recently with the new wave of workers the food quality has been horrible, things left out all day to the point to where they've become hard and over cooked on the buffet line, workers sitting around and doing nothing, and today we walked in and nobody else was here so we happily got a seat and went to the buffet. EVERYTHING was stale, hard and lukewarm. The usually soft gooey cheese bread was dark brown and hard as a rock, and so were many other items on the buffet. When we asked for one of the pizzas to be remade because it was hard and inedible the worker rolled her eyes. When the pizza came out it was floppy and soggy, and there was a big piece of plastic wrap hidden in the cheese, now that more people are coming they are pushing out more food, and all of it is burnt. It's a cheap buffet, so don't expect too much, but it's decent, cheap, unlimited pizza for those times you just want quantity over quality. Only reason I'm giving it 1 star was because first time I came here they made custom pizza when we dined inside the restaurant. We came back thinking it would be the same, well it wasn't they no longer make custom pizza when you purchase buffet price. We will not be coming here again. It clearly says in their website that they do with a purchase of buffet and that was a lie! Also the soup had no pasta inside , my husband had to add pasta from the side, once it was "refilled" I told my husband he went to get some and it was still empty! No pasta. We visited Cici's after running around at Monkey Joe's (while in town visiting family). We don't go out to eat much these days, since we have a 2.5 year old in tow. However, this is a GREAT place to take a young kid. The food is already ready- no waiting! I didn't have any of the pasta, but they had several vegetarian pizzas to choose from, one being, are you ready for this, macaroni & cheese pizza! Don't judge! I actually got some for my son, but it was so good I just ate it all. They also have a big salad bar, and the best part of the whole thing is the dessert area. They have these cinnamon buns that are SO GOOD. I kept going back and back and...They are really hard to resist. No, the pizza isn't the BEST I've ever had, and the place does have alot of kids running around, but hey, it's not expensive (maybe $8 a person?), and CINNAMON ROLLS. read more

I used to love going to Cicis years ago... yesterday I went for the first time in a couple of years and I was disgusted. The staff was disgustingly rude to my grandma, brother & I. Walked in, the cashier had their arms above their head, rolling their eyes at all the customers who were coming in. My grandma asked if they had a senior discount & the cashier was like "duh" RUDE! So we pay, and we try to find a clean table-there was none. So I cleaned the table myself with hand sanitizer and napkins. Food was all over the sticky floor. I go and get a salad, only a couple of utensils to pick up food were in there, mushroom and tomatoes were used by the same grabber. Lettuce was soggy so I decided not to get a salad. Went to go get some pizza and they only had a couple of pieces out that were dry and hard. Everything was disgusting. Also, they changed the cinnamon rolls for sure. They were horrible even though they had just come out of the oven. Everything was messy and gross. Not to mention, they had no more straws or forks out... will not come back unless they clean up and make fresher food. read more
