Is Cicis Pizza truly a 4 star place? No. But for what it is, it wasn't bad. If you're familiar with Cici's Pizza, you know what you're getting into. It's cheap food at a low price. $13 for a buffet of never ending pizza, salad, pasta, and unlimited sodas in 2026?! It's unheard of these days and dang it, why talk trash on a place that is still serving mass quantities of food that won't hurt the bank account? The spinach pizza and bbq pizza were my favorites. The macaroni and cheese pizza was flavorless and definitely not worth the carb-load. I did like the salad station and they had beets! Their dessert pizza was delicious, too. The inside was very much cafeteria-style unlike the pizza shop vibes I so dearly remember when I'd go as a child back in California. There's no soul in this place, it's cold and empty. Even the arcade area feels depressing. For the amount of people that were there, it felt quiet, and not in a pleasant way. Sure, there's country music playing on the speakers, but the sadness was louder than the twangs of the guitar drifting through the building. Will I go back to Cici's Pizza? Sure! The feeling of loneliness in a busy room doesn't scare me. It's conveniently located right across from the movie theater so instead of filling up on expensive popcorn, I'm going to be eating my feelings at the salad bar and stuffing my face with more of that delicious spinach pizza. read more

I went to this place last night only because it's fast and I get to have a verity of pizza I can choose. There a such a nice and friendly person under the name Tony helped me. After I let him know how exhausted I was from moving to this town he was so helpful and wanted to make me welcomed like I was at home. He welcomed me to this new town like a champ and even made me a fresh batch of my favorite pizza and gave me the whole pizza to take home. He gave me happy tears. I have moved allot and never have I been welcomed by a total stranger like him. And the pizza here is absolutely delicious, especially for the cost. Great salad , pasta even desert for less than $15. Cici's Pizza in Lebanon is a great place to celebrate with your kids whether it's for a birthday, good grades celebration, or just to have fun. We came here tonight with a group of 18 adults, 18 kids, and two infants. The food was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant was clean and the kids LOVED the arcade games. A Guatemalan lady there was very rude she would not do her job and not give us the pizzas we wanted when the pizzas came out they were always cold she would stare at us and give us nasty looks she had her AirPods on so half the time she wasn't even listening and she would respond with "huh" she would constantly roll her eyes at us and she forced us to give her a 15 percent tip she also wasn't at the counter at all she was really slow. I've gone to Cicis since I was little and it is just not the same anymore. The buffet doesn't include everything you would expect it to. I have not seen the brownies I used to love for YEARS. On our most recent visit there was no dessert at all and we asked the manager if there would be more and he told us no, that it was too close to close. Over 2 hours before close. We also asked him if they could make more sweet tea which he responded with the same. The food is often cold but it's decent enough if you catch it right as they put it out. They don't answer the phone at all and they are extremely rude when you walk in and ask them why they don't answer the phone.

I have lived here for three years and have always overlooked this store. Today I felt the random urge to go. I will regret not coming here more often. The staff is so awesome and sweet. I believe there was a guy named zyan, white dude and a sweet girl whose name starts with a B! They were so so helpful and great. if you want to get full of pizza for a low price this buffet is for you! My family of 3 ate with drinks for less than $12. this location recently reopened after corporate closed it for not meeting company standards, so now this store is nicer than any other cici's in the Nashville area. the staff was courteous and ask if their were any specific pizzas that they could cook for us. the manager went out of her way to make my daughter feel special. my families personal favorite pie varieties are spinach, BBQ, pepperoni with jalapenos, and Hawaiian. Remember, that at this price point you will sacrifice a little on flavor but what do you expect for the price? I will be back. read more

I don't visit CiCi's very often and now I know why. There was everything from a wad of hair on the floor near our table to napkins on the floor and napkins used to hold up almost every table in the restaurant. There was half eaten food on the floor around the tables. The salad bar was warm. At the end of our visit, there was an unkept (not an employee) that entered thru the back entrance with a dirty bed sheet wrapped around her. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have eaten at this CiCis for as long as I've lived in Lebanon. It is usually one of my favorite places for an easy meal. Tonight I was so disappointed with my experience. The manager seemed far more intent on going home than making sure the guests were happy. After arriving more than an hour before closing and paying full price, I get to the buffet to find only 4 pizzas, most of which appears to have been here for a while. The soups were almost completely empty, finally after trying to scarf down the old hard pizza, the manager reluctantly asked if I wanted something. This place is typically a good value, but tonight I feel cheated. Next time I'll just take home Little Caesars, at least I know I'll get a full pizza. read more

We aren't in Lebanon very often but when we are we always come here. Terry is friendly and accomodating. Always plenty of hot pizza and desserts on the buffett and they are always prepared to make you one to order. read more

Better than most Cici's because of the Southern Belle Manager. She makes you feel like family.

Service was terrible. Only two girls are working and they spent most of the time talking to each other. Not much of a variety of pizzas on bar. as always the food was good, and cheap which is still amazing! i've always loved cici's for that reason! however the manager that worked the night we visited was just down right awful (April 18th-closing shift) she was on her phone texting behind the counter, barking out orders at the amazing & well mannered rest of the staff, telling them to pick up mats and sweep & wipe tables, and close down the restaurant basically. which sounds normal and everything but she was telling the reduce the amount of food on the buffet & they were having to sweep & bus tables basically right on top of us. they kept apologizing & eventually it was enough to make us just leave out of feeling unwelcome by her. as we left she barely put her phone down long enough to tell us 'come back & see us' i don't think i will. read more

Very fresh pizza, very clean and properly run by management. One of the best I have ever visited.

I am disappointed that all the pizzas are now flat bread or deep dish. When I asked about it I was told they no longer do the regular crust. I was offered instead a personal deep dish. I just want the regular crust back. Thanks to this change I will not eat there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. read more
