Gross, cold, and not good. Manager was mean when I said it was gross. We ahoy the whole buffet and left after first plate.

Me and my daughter came for dinner buffet at around 5pm on a Sunday. Let's just say nobody felt like cooking. The ambiance was loud and cheerful. I was surprised to see that they had Sunday football on the tv. The kids was enjoying the play/game room. Different parties of people were having family/ friends dinner. The pizza bar was running out of pizza so quick. The salad bar didn't have meat or cheese to choose from. The self seating of the tables are a great idea only if someone could walk around and keep them clean for the next customer. read more

Good for what it is, really cheap pizza that you can get a lot of. There are a few options that I really enjoy, such as the deep dish pizzas and their cheesy garlic bread. Everytime I've come here, either by myself or with family, it has been an enjoyable experience (even if I always eat more than I plan on doing). I've never had any issues with the cleanliness, service, or the food. Definitely a great place if there are small kids in your party, as they will almost certainly be able to find something to eat and be enamored by the arcade. read more

This is my first trip to this establishment....when we walked in, it was pretty clean and not to busy at all. I purchased my families dining experience and proceeded to the restroom. Didn't like passing the two teens with their shoes off bearing their dirty socks and with them up in the chair...like yeah bra....I live here! The restrooms were clean and small. The bar is smaller than most, but the ability to order a personal pizza your way makes up for it. The Male manager always looked less than thrilled to be there and was not personable, but was still very helpful. I don't eat wheat so it can be a bit tricky going out to eat, eating at a pizza place usually means plucking toppings off a pizza. However this is not the case here as they will special order make a "pizza" in a foil pan, minus the crust. The salad bar area is typical of a Cici's pizza, not very exciting. For $6.09 for the buffet and you are permitted one special order... dinner is served. The buffet could use a wipe down tonight as well as some items rotated off as they look to be past their prime. read more

First time at this CiCi's and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement!! We were craving cheap, filling pizza so decided it was a CiCi's kind of night. We were already in Goose Creek, so didn't see a reason to go all the way to the Tanger location... First thing I noticed upon walking in was how nice and clean the seating area was! We got in line and at the cashier, paid for two adult buffets with two drinks. Our total came to less than $18! In Charleston, you can't even get parking that cheap. We hit the buffet line, which consisted of a small salad bar, pasta and soup options, and I think there was pizza too. My favorites are the spinach thin crust and the buffalo chicken....the second of which they were out of....they did have a cheese pizza with the lightest hint of buffalo sauce though. It was a poor substitute. There are also dessert options of brownies and cinnamon rolls. Also, wings can be ordered at the register for a small up-charge but it's free to order a personal pizza at the pizza line when dining in! They also do carry out orders of all their items. If you're looking for fast and cheap, this place is the one to go! read more

They work hard to make it a nice place to eat. They are courteous and helpful to the customers. The food is hot and ready.

The buffet is operated like that cheap friend that ALWAYS drives around with the low fuel light on. (You know what I'm talking about - we all have or had that friend.) The concept of an all you can eat pizza buffet is just that, as the buffet is perpetually empty (except for salad - that's always on tap but nobody goes there for that). Gone are the days of rapid replenishment - the oven isn't loaded with pizza until the stalls are completely empty. It's like it's always closing time. If you place an individual order they get it wrong they talk to you like you have no sense. The managers that inconsiderate don't listen to what you say talk to you like you're an ignorant person don't feel the order the way you ask for it they talk to the crew like their slaves the crew play around they don't act with respect and they don't clean off the tables the way they should I don't recommend patronizing this place at any cost and they have rodents running around on the floor. Handsome flies freak with the place more than customers. They got rid of the only good manager they had what poor management in this system they need to shut this one down and get department of health in there. read more

It's a perfect go to for the kids. They can eat as much as they like and play video games all under the same roof. I like the variety they have along with the option of creating your own pizza. They took a bit long to get me my pizza but I'm sure it wasn't on purpose or anything. read more

Horrible! They could never keep up with the pizza bar it was constantly bare! Pizza was subpar and their pizza sauce tasted way too tart and not enough seasonings in it. Basically tasted like tomato sauce. Why did they do away with custard dessert pizza? It was always go to to finish off a horrible pizza bar experience. I left here completely unsatisfied and still hungry it felt like a race to the bar to fight over a few slices that was a fight I did not want to take. Food is good, place is clean. Never had a problem before but today I came in with my sister and niece and every worker was yelling and complaining about working before the storm. I worked today, my sister worked today... most places in goose creek are open today. They were being loud and obnoxious about it. Everyone in the place could here them. Nobody even responded to me when I was at the register, I was basically talking to the wall. The worst one in there was the white man with the white beard and the tattoos, very rude guy. I didn't feel welcome at all and they were making remarks the whole time. I understand being upset but you should be quiet about it and at least pretend to have good customer service.
