I went into the Farmington location around noon today and the blind it was cutting the pizzas had sweat dripping off of her forehead onto the pizza and was still serving it I'll never go back read more

I went in around 7 pm on the 26 of May and the only thing that needs to be talked about is a boy sitting at a table by himself with his phone. This boy had no shoes on was walking around the store and was putting his feet in the chair in front of him. Nothing is sanatery about that. No clue who he was with he was only 10-12 yrs old. But management should have handled it. I was so discussed I'll never go back. I have contacted the district manager concerning this and other concerns I've had he does not care read more

Cicis Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Farmington, Missouri

i was at the Farmington store on Tuesday may 27 sometime around 1 or 2. I won't complain about the store or food but when I left my wife and I witnessed the same female employee that was in the store just minutes before out back behind the store in a silver truck with a man and she had a crack/meth pipe in her hand I will not be back at this store I should have called the cops. read more

So it was a good time but I went to go play games but this one particular game called Key Master SCAMMED me I told the staff and they did nothing. I tried to get the Air pods the key got in to the hole and clipped the gold and did not give me my prize ripoff read more

The worst experience with door dash ever, not the dashers fault! Fault with Cici's Pizza Farmington, shit show! And manager a bitch! Hung up on me mid sentence! Ordered a pizza and Buffalo rolls, got what looked like a child's pizza in a 9 x 12 box and The Buffalo roll up looked like they where rolled in dirt and had no buffalo chicken in them, just dough and a little buffalo sauce! Don't go there, the worst shit shit I have ever experienced, would have given it a no star if I could have, negative at best! read more

I visited in September 10, 2021 and it was the worst visit ever. They had NOTHING on the buffet when we got there. They charged us for drinks knowing the soda machine was broken. The only one who seemed to know what they were doing looked to be a 12 year old boy. We had to ask for tongs and spatulas to get stuff once things actually got put out. I will not be back. I only leave one star because Zero is not an option. read more

We came in it took them 10-15 minutes to get someone up at the register. The lady who was cleaning tables was standing by the trash can and looked at us a handful of times and didn't tell anyone that we were waiting. Instead she ran and got napkins. So finally after them standing around and talking someone finally came and helped us. The food is ok. Was it worth the wait..? Not really. read more

To the entire staff working tonight, THANK YOU! I hope the higher ups see this and do something special for these guys! EVERY ONE OF THEM were working their tails off cleaning and serving the customers. Not one time did I see them standing around. They were constantly moving around cleaning everything on site! Good workers are so hard to find and CiCi's had at least 5 tonight! read more

I went in there today with my three kids. The service was fast. The managers Devon and Tony were friendly making sure we had everything we needed. read more

We called when the store opened to let the GM know we would be coming in at 5:00 with a group of 30ish people for a child's birthday party. He said that was great and to come ahead. Once our party arrived we were informed the GM had quit and the owner had said not to serve any group over 20 people. I informed them we had called ahead and was told in no uncertain terms they would not serve us. We were literally left standing on the side walk trying to come up with another plan. HORRIBLE! What a total lack of respect for paying customers. We will never go back. They disappointed the kids and infuriated the parents. read more

Floors were sticky, Had a fun time playing a family favorite game "find a clean table" and at that, the one we were blessed with, was also sticky. The pizza was subpar at best but there were options, 1. Cold 2. Greesy or 3. Spinach, your choice, however I'm pretty sure the spinach was also cold. They also reuse trays without washing them? As I could tell, the buffalo chicken pizza defiantly had a supreme pizza on its tray moments before. The bathrooms were nothing to write home about. But this is yelp so I'll write all about it. The faucets were pretty cool, one gave you insane water pressure shooting out 3 beams like a water gun, the other gave you a nice little stream, so options. The towel dispenser had paper in it but decided it didn't identify as a dispenser anymore so I got the olden days option to just air dry. Overall, this was the WORST restaurant I think I've eaten at but it made for a good joke. read more

My husband and I took our now 11 yr old daughter and 2 of her friends to Cici's tonight to kind of celebrate her birthday because well COVID, and it is reasonably priced. However when they went to get their pizza the buffet was pretty much empty and did not have our daughters favorite pizza. So I went up and asked the manager if we could please get a personal mac & cheese pizza for her. Over 20 minutes later and still no pizza i went back up and asked if it was almost done. A different girl told me they must have forgot and said she would start one for us. 30 more minutes later and she brought it out to us and of course by then every one was full. When I asked for a to go box because well no one was hungry for it by that point I was told it would be 50 cents a slice. Then my daughter was playing one of the games and it took her dollar so she went up to let them know they said there was nothing they could do. All I can say is Thank You so much for making her birthday so Special. We will not be coming back. read more

Had my option of going anywhere in town tonight; chose Cici's. Once again the employees go out of their way to show their disappreciation that I was dining there. The girl at the front made a big deal of digging an olive out of the pasta I accidentally dropped in there. Many of the salad dressings, including my favorite, lite Italian, were bone dry. Pizza was cold. I got up a few times to try different pizzas and a male employee turned to make eye contact when I put my plate in the bin. I figured maybe they were having a rough night, I worked many years in the restaurant business and have always had an appreciation for what the employees go through. I made sure to completely wipe off my table, hoping they would see that at least one customer cared about them. I got up for the final time to the expected glare of the employee. As I was trying to leave he quickly grabbed some chairs and put them in front of me, directly in front of me, so that I was stopped midstep. Humiliated I turned and went around to walk out of the restaurant another way. This is standard my standard experience here. For less money you can get a nice hot pizza from Little Ceasers not too far away, or you can go to Subway next store and get a fresh delicious sandwich. Or you can go to Applebee's not 100 yards from Cici's front door and get a full meal with table service for a few dollars more. There's a close by Mexican restaurant called Si Senor that is the best authentic Mexican in this entire area and they have delicious chips and salsa that come with the meal. Why waste your time at Cicis for a few pieces of pizza? I feel terrible indigestion while writing this from their stale, sugary pizza dough. Please don't eat here. read more

We LOVE Cici's! Great food and service, ckean and affordable. This Gma brings the kids frequently . They love the game room too.

Cici's pizza is very fairly priced for a pizza buffet. They have a great selection of pizzas and, by god if they don't have what you want they will make it and bring the whole damn thing out to you. And you want a place to take the kids? WE GOT THAT TOO. your little one wanna have a birthday party? Well why not a PIZZA party? little bastard will love that. After they finish eating they can go into the arcade in the next room and BAM! Instant happiness and removal of change from pockets. Overall, this place is just simply the tits. read more

I remember the pizza used to taste better than what they serve now,I think they changed the sauce or something. Non the less it's still good food. The arcade is alright there is a few good games in the arcade. I'll be returning sometime soon read more
