The cheese they use on their pizzas is ... mouth watering. There are no words to how delicious it is. The ambiance is great. I'm more here for the service, though. The service is what keeps me coming back (almost evenly with the food...but nice people will always trump everything else in my book). The service here is unmatched. Everyone who works here are the kindest, hardest working people on the planet. I normally get the same two drivers (you know who you are...you make my day each time I get to see your smiling faces). I get one driver more than anyone else though, and he is the kindest, sweetest, yet most professional, thoughtful human I've come into contact with. He doesn't say much, but he made a big enough impact on me that I will never order from another pizza place again...not that there is any competition to IMOs pizza anyways. No shade to those other places, they have some good stuff, but if you can afford IMOs, they're the place go order from. Anyway, I could go on and on about Farmington IMOs, and the wonderful people whom work there and deliver food (in the ice/snow/rain/tornado/etc.) and it still will show up hot and fresh. If you're hesitant on where to get dinner from tonight, download the IMOs app (yes, it allows you to customize whatever you want, and it allows you the option to pay with cash or card). Or just give them a call. The app lets you build up rewards though and you can get free sodas, salads, appetizers, and pizzas pretty quickly, to be honest! I recommend the Pepperoni Crunchimos (if they are still selling them when you read this), a sausage pizza, their fries (yummmmmmm), or if you like salads, my go to is the chef salad with ranch, ONLY turkey and bacon, add tomato, hard boiled egg, and extra provel cheese (if I have the money for all of the extras that day after the rest of my order lol). All of their food is *chef's kiss* so you really can't go wrong. Lastly, their lunch specials (also available for delivery or pick up in the app) are the cheapest way to go. You get a pizza and salad, sandwich and salad, etc. with a drink. I could be remembering that wrong, I know you get to pick two things. Either way, it's very fairly priced for everything you get! & if you miss lunch specials, they always have the "specials" tab on the app (& on the phone if you call in). Wednesdays is buy an XL pizza, get an XL free...so I definitely recommend ordering on Wednesdays at the very least. Thank you, IMOs, for making so many of my days and nights better with your food and wonderfully kind employees who go above and beyond to make one's day a little bit brighter. Every time I have called the store yo order, they sound like it's a chore to take my order. When the order is delivered and things are missing, I had to wait for the delivery driver to drive back to the store pick up the missing items & drive back to my house. Pizza Hut refuses to reimburse me for missing items and also refuses to compensate me financially with either a discount or a store credit. If the soda is missing, you have to either wait for your soda & let your pizza get cold or eat your pizza without the soda. When I've called to complain, the store simply doesn't care. Once again spent more than an hour to get the app to work then decided I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. They refuse to provide even the most basic of customer service. Pizza Hut deserves to go out of business. They've done this to themselves.

While they typically have what I am looking for there are some issues here. First of all there are only 4 gas pumps and they are hard to get to or usually full. If you are just going inside there is absolutely no parking for this Casey's. While they stock what I need I worry about the cleanliness of this particular location. Ever look down in the drink freezers? You will find old fallen cheese sticks and trash. I once bought butter from here (in a desperate baking situation) and they sold me a pack that had been stuck to another pack, and the packaging was completely destroyed (for no discount.) I also feel like the store has a funny smell. Similar to that of Country Mart in Farmington.
