I called the night before to check to see if he was still coming the next morning. No. He said he was out of town and would be there at 11 Friday morning. Did not show. But I received a call at the time of the appointment and he said he was out front by the car. No, he was not. What happened, he was on the job somewhere else, and called me by mistake. I had a tear in the fabric on the left side of the driver's seat. Additionally, the foam underneath…read morethe torn fabric was coming out. They replaced both. Within 18 months the fabric began to tear, and the foam began to come out, again. When I went back to Gotcha Covered, they said the warranty was up. They would replace, again, at my cost, again. When I went to another auto upholsterer, they immediately noticed, and pointed out, that the fabric that had been used to do the initial repair was fabric to be used on auto ceilings and door panels. It was much too fragile to use for seating. When I returned to Gotcha Covered and pointed this out, they again said the warranty was up, there was nothing they could do unless I paid the full replacement price, regardless of the fact that the wrong material had been used.
