Popped into this little place for breakfast before work. I had seen it whilst passing a few times, and the cakes looked pretty interesting.
I ended up getting a soya cappuccino and a pain au raisin. The pastries didn't look nearly as enticing inside as they did from the exterior, but this looked like the least dry option.
I had been waiting for 10 mins after getting my cappuccino. After I told the waitress that I was in a bit of a rush, the pain au raisin finally arrived with grill marks (!?), so I guess they had put it in the panini press.
The cappuccino was too hot and the soya milk was poor quality. Friendly service, but I won't be coming back in a hurry... read more
