On the day of my appointment I got a call saying they wanted to move my appointment from 4 to 5 because my stylist was running behind. I couldn't do that so they kept my appointment at 4. I was actually expecting that they would try to reschedule but I guess there was no need. From the moment I got in I could tell the stylist was in a hurry. She sat me down and looked at my hair then told me it could just be blended to fix the bad layers and that she could dry cut it. The whole time, she and another stylist were talking about how my stylist needed to leave to go on a trip. She cut my hair then said "It looks great! Do you think we need to wash and dry it?" Mind you, this had been less than 10 minutes for an hour-long appointment. She hurried to wash and dry my hair, she put conditioner in my hair then immediately washed it out. She didn't even dry my hair all way then realized she had to fix the layers more. Meanwhile she is rushing and talking to the other stylist about her trip she's about to leave for. When she was done she said it looked good and asked me about it while taking off the robe. She didn't even offer to have me look at the back of my hair, the part I wanted fixed, before she started packing up her things. I felt so rushed I didn't even ask to see it because they made me feel like such an inconvenience. All and all, it felt very unprofessional from both stylists and I still need my hair fixed because she finished in 35 minutes.

I went it and they were very hospitable since i had to bring my 2 kids who waited in the waiting room. The ambiance was very relaxed and real. The personalities werent fake and made you feel more at ease. There was an no one at fault hiccup whoch made me freak out abd the nurse was so patient and helpful and calming thru the entire ordeal. She even called after to make sure i was okay. She let me look in the mirror and pick apart the results before the swelling set in. The recovery was brutal and panicy. I recommend not looking in the mirror for at least 3 days. I went in for a follow up and again, all my expectations and wants were met with fantastic professional results after goibg thru multiple options. All i can say is, being my own worst critic tonight i looked in the mirror 2 weeks post procedure. And for the first time in 34 years i love the reflection looking back at me. I wish i had done this sooner and i will be going back. They earned a lobg term client and im here to tell everyobe to come 3bcause theyre amazibg, professional, welcoming, fairley priced ((esp for boston)) and the results were beyond expectations! Her coloring skills are second to none - she has made me a perfectly toned (SO HARD to find someone who can tone perfectly!!!) bleach blonde as well as brunette. When I asked her to get me back to my natural color she got it perfectly blended in one seemingly effortless shot. Amazing cuts too. I'm able to give her barely any instruction and she knows just what to do with my face shape and hair texture.
