I would highly suggest seeing her instead of seeing certain chiropractors because she is an expert, especially if you are pregnant. I made the mistake of seeing a chiropractor, and he made me feel worse. I consulted Dr. Beals-Becker in a panic and she was extremely accomodating and was willing to squeeze me in the same day! I felt so stupid for not calling her in the first place. She is able to give excellent advice and does not make you come for repeat visits if it is not necessary. I am someone who can be very weary of doctors, but I have much respect for her and her practice -- that says a lot, especially since I trusted her when I was 8.5 months pregnant!

What I have received is excellent care, which, at this point in time has resulted in the fact that I am almost pain free after 12 years of suffering. I have many spine problems, but after weekly Osteopathy treatments for about one year, I can truthfully say that my one regret is that I didn't know about Osteopathy, and it's amazing benefits sooner, I wish I had begun these treatments years ago! So, as you can see, I felt a dire need for someone to help me. Dr. K was one of the kindest, professionals I have ever met. He really listened and together we agreed on a surgical plan. His office coordinated with me to get all the necessary prior tests completed. His staff is really on top of their game everyday. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. So I felt confident in the process and choice I made. The surgery day came and it did take longer than expected. But the care was never changed, he worked hard on my back to complete a fusion of the 4-5 area. The recovery as he had stated takes some time and a will to get better. Took a bit long to get called back about 40 min but after that the NP, nurse and DR. Were so quick and thorough. They were even able to do a blood draw in the room and an EKG. The front staff don't seem the happiest, but the Dr., NP and nurse were friendly. I love that EPIC is more integrated with multiple other services so that you don't have to bounce around to a blood draw place or hospital for an x-ray. Noticed mental health was also offered and there was a pharmacy in the same building.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!…read more My fiancée saw them one time last year under the impression that they were a primary care office and they have been billing him EVER SINCE!! We called EPIC this morning before his scheduled annual appointment to tell them that his insurance has changed and someone from a third party answering service told him that they accept his insurance and to go to his appointment and everything would be fine. Upon arrival he gave them his insurance card and they said all is fine and they already had the info. Then AFTER ATHE APPOINTMENT they told him that he needed to update his PCP or else insurance wouldn't cover--guess what?! None of the PCPs are covered by his insurance. So now we're just screwed. He found out that he "owes" them hundreds of dollars for care he never received! They said they bill you for chronic care management, HE DOES NOT HAVE A CHRONIC CONDITION! This is crazy and no one offered him any solution at the office. This place is FRAUD!
