It. Was. Fantastic! From the start, this husband/wife team made us feel welcome and at ease with their professional, personable, and attentive service. Charcuterie board on point! As we were short on time, our dough was already made and our stations thoughtfully arranged. Once we finished rolling our dough through the press, they transformed it into an amazing family-style meal, cooking up our pasta with a variety of delicious sauces. We got to taste everything from a rich tomato-basil marinara to a hearty bolognese and an olive oil deal that was fresh and light. Everything was served with warm, fluffy focaccia and a crisp, flavorful salad that tied the meal together perfectly. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our group's dietary needs gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian option) and every dish still tasted incredible. By the end of the class, our team was laughing, connected, and completely full (in the best way!) It was such a fun and engaging experience. I didn't recognize any vendors from ones that I've seen at previous farmer's markets in the past. It's basically one block, so doesn't take long to peruse every vendor. Vendors were friendly, eager to inform/teach. Didn't end up buying anything this time, but good to know about this, since within walking distance.
