They glide out and are easy to load. High-quality materials and work. I saw them at the Tacoma Home Show and had been talking with them over a two-year period. When I was ready to move ahead on the project, Aaron came out to see the site and submitted the proposal. Before starting work, he returned to verify measurements and the layout. When the cabinet was ready, he and Kevin came out and did the installation. They also took the cabinet that was there and moved it downstairs and repaired two of the doors, so it is now useable. I had forgotten that I was supposed to order the hardware to match what we already had. Aaron took photos and placed the order and returned and installed the hardware when it arrived. By the time they completed their work the top was level and the finish work looked great. I'm so very grateful for their efforts! This is such an easy company to recommend to others. Thank you!

Nathan told us he would take care of it . Never happened. The range hood had to be installed in order for appliances and inspection could be done. After many calls and emails, we talked to Nathan in person where he accused us of lying and then said he would take care of it but it was not top priority and he would get to it. The last correspondence from Dungeness was October 11 from an employee who explained that people were sick and work backup (not our problem) and that someone would be out the following week. It is now December 9 and we still have not heard from anyone. Nathan no longer returns emails. By the way, we paid our invoice in full (our mistake) and now we are swept under the rug. Horrendous customer service. We have never been treated with such disdain from a business owner! BEWARE when you order from Dungeness Woodworks. The cabinet that were not damaged are fine. There was some overspray on some and a side strip missing on one but we can live with that. By the way-that has never been addressed either. All in all I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Sanyuan came up with great Yelp reviews (thanks Yelpers) and I can personally say I was as impressed with them as the rest of you. I went in 2 times before purchasing. The staff during both visits were helpful, tolerant of my 2 young and somewhat unruly children, and were great communicators. I never felt pressured towards one product over another. They were also able to do my install only 2 weeks after I chose my product, which was way shorter than every other place had quoted me. The prices are less than their competitors, but the service experience far superior. The installer was also very professional and did a phenomenal job with a somewhat complicated sink situation.
