Even though they close at 11 on Saturdays, the lobby was closed with no signage indicating I had to order at the drive thru. I didn't drive there I walked so I had to go to the drive thru window to place my order. At the window, the young girl taking my order gave me an attitude when I asked why the lobby was closed. The attitude continued when i place my order only to have her charge me incorrectly. This was my first time ordering from Church's in 2 years! Service was good the employees were very nice made eye contact and smiled. The food was horrible. I asked for 6 wings. In the past a wing had three parts. What I got was either the flat or drum. I work for Uber eats and went thru the line outside and they said for me to park and wait bc they weren't done with the food. mind you i waited in line for about 15 minutes, and now i've been parked in the front for about 30 minutes. Always the same problem ordering chicken strips takes 15 to 20 minutes to get not cool

Highly satisfied because I was greeted properly in a friendly manner. It was also in a timely manner. Paul was in the drive thru window and personalized his greeting "Which made me feel special as a cx" He greeted with a smile on his face and voice (Very rare nowadays). I would like to take the time to give PAUL at the Perrin Bietel location a good recognition on his work and customer service. He treats every cx the same and he needs to be recognized. Hopefully, he can be considered for a promotion or raise it will be well deserved. He will be the reason I will continue to come to this location and the food was hot and sooooo delicious OMG!! This place is terrible. This is the 4th time I have gotten home and they have forgotten something in my order! And to top it off the chicken is cold and stale. REALLY?! Waited in a 3 car line for 25 minutes. Got up to the window and waited another 10 minutes. Watched and saw at least 10 cars park and go in and leave with their food. The mgr said it was shift change etc. well why were others getting their food. The man in front of us went thru same thing. Been there several times this year and always have to check your order. I wish their customer service wasn't so terrible, otherwise I'd come more often. The workers are super unprofessional and are always talking to am customers like they're annoyed! I always think, let me give this place another try and it never changes with the service. Have complained before to management and no response ever. They always seem to be "out" of spicy chicken and sometimes the sides too. They'll tell me it's going to be a wait then when I get to the window they're all of a sudden out. The food is not bad just wish the people were more friendly... makes me wonder how they treat my food if they treat us that way!
