This is the only Church's chicken that I know of that doesn't serve biscuits or even rolls with their family pack. it must be under new ownership because the last few times I've gone, the chicken hasn't tasted the same...not much flavor and hard. I had a value card and tried to use it before the expiration date but the cashier said they weren't taking it anymore. Okay so after closing their doors for a few months, while being in a prime spot for the lunch crowd, they reopened. I assumed under new ownership, but that is just a guess? So I was optimistic that they had improved the quality of food and the performance of their staff. Wow was I wrong! Let's start with the grounds, they are a mess. I realize this is the Fall, but Home Depot is right in front of you. Buy a blower and clean your parking lot! Next, the guy at the drive through gives "bad attitude" a whole new meaning! I am sorry you don't like your job, but have some pride and do it to the best your ability! Lastly the food. I ordered was supposed to be a Chicken Sandwich, not soggy bread with a stale chicken breast between it. Store managers, go down to the restaurant a few businesses away. That is called Chik-Fil-A. It has a clean parking lot, well trained and extremely polite workers, and quality fast food. Go down there and copy everything from them.
