We all ordered USDA filets in the mid $80 range. I ordered mine medium. It was overcooked. No pink/red in the middle and very dry. I was a bit disappointed. We were never rushed. At the end, they brought a piece of cake for the birthday celebrant and a huge cotton candy for the table to enjoy. We each had individual bills. I assume because I was English speaking, they converted mine from pesos to US$'s. I always pay in pesos. The tip has been added and my bill was $139. Not sure how it went from $88 to $139. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned.
