We purchased the first vehicle here and barely made it home and found the vehicle needed a new motor. They had us pay for part of the cost of a new motor on a vehicle we didn't even keep. They did switch us out for a new vehicle (because they wouldn't give us our money back) and the 2nd vehicle from their lot has been nothing but trouble. It has left our 16 year old daughter stranded twice now and we haven't even had it 60 days. We have replaced the thermostat, the coolant reservoir, the battery, a main fuse, and the heater core. The heat still isn't working and the car isn't running right at all. They did give us some money for the initial parts we purchased but we still do not have a reliable vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. This has been a beyond frustrating experience for our family.
